“hotel was the best part of cancun!”

this hotel is beautiful and has the most helpful and friendly staff. we were told upon our arrival the pros and cons of two potential rooms and chose the smaller room with the better view of the sea--excellent decision! staff at all times were able to answer questions, provide discounts, suggest places to see, etc. this hotel is awesome!

“gonna return here every year, if stocks behave”

i came for 3 days, and could not have imagined a more ideal room...9th floor directly facing the tropical ocean, with a nice balcony and very comfortable beds. breakfast buffet offered some quality food, and better seats. from front desk, to restaurant, to house-keeping...everyone very nice. the pool, the lounge area were top-notch. go, believe me.

“Excelent Experience”

The hotel location is excelent. The beach in the front on the hotel i beatuiful and calm. The staff are very polite. Highly recomended for travelers with kids due to the calm beach in the front of the hotel.

My husband and I found that all of the staff at the Hyatt Regency were exceptionally helpful. We loved the location of the hotel because we could walk to the great clubs for the nightlife around Point Cancun.

We traveled with our 11- and 16-year-old sons. We found the hotel attractive and comfortable. We liked our room, the beach and the swimming pool, the service, and the restaurants. We were very impressed with the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, very well trained, and always willing to spend time with you to answer questions or help you in any way.

“Wonderful time -- especially in the Regency Club Level floors”

The top three floors of this Hyatt are the "Regency Club" floors. It was well worth a modest extra cost to the features and services provided. Great beach location and grounds/pools. Close to the nigh-life area of Cancun (clubs, bars, restaurants).

“A-mazing.......”

Hyatt Cancun was the perfect hotel for my friend and I. We were two single girls looking to catching up on old times and meet new people. The location of the hotel was perfect. Because we like to venture out and try new places to eat it was perfect not to have to pay extra for the all inclusive. The staff was friendly and prompt to take care of our needs. If you want to venture our and try a new place to eat check out the street behind the main street where all the clubs and bars are located... there are so great restraunts. All there is a fabulous burrito stand next to an oxxo about 0.5 miles south of the hyatt...I wish I could remember the name but it is Fabulous...

“Great location”

The beach is really clean and easily accessible. The pool area is really fun and the bartenders at the swim-up bar are great. The actual room was ok(it could be nicer) but I can't complain on the overall experience. The best part of this hotel is the LOCATION. All of the nightlife, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Would definately go back.
