Great location with nice beach accessPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Location, architecture, beach.
Cons: Stayed on a Saturday night and the DJ music from the beach was loud and went very late at night.
Location: Great location to calm area of beach as well as downtown hotel zone.
The Hyatt is a cool hotel with a great architecture interior. The views of the Cancun beach from your room are amazing. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach and the downtown hotel zone area. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

2.5 to 3star hotel . On the beach. Views amazing.Posted Mar 2, 2014
Nice average hotel in the middle of the mini "Vegas" part of the hotel zone. If you want to be close to nightlife this us for you. Staff very attentive. Food good but expensive. The double your value promo for food credit is worth it if you plan on eating at the hotel a lot. Very close to shopping. Centrally located. Great for families. Not a bad value for the money.

Great location for beach and other facilities.Posted Mar 2, 2014
Pros: Location, facilities and beach huts and Bali beds.
Cons: More food variety.
Location: Close to everything from food to ferry, shopping, tours, nightlife, local bus service. I have excellent photos but they will not attach to report.
Location and access to beach are the best. Close to shopping and other hotels and restaurants.Very helpful staff. Food menu could use more variety. Quiet and relaxing place to unwind. Nice background music throughout. Good value.

Everything you want and need.Posted Mar 1, 2014
Great stay! Be sure that you put some money down on the food and drink offer (they match your deposit) - otherwise the prices for those items are too high. also, if you want a cabana for the day then put some personal items on the bed early (by 8) as they get reserved quickly! Awesome beach very few waves. But if you want waves walk down the beach a couple hundred yards. Great location! You can find a lot of good restaurants within walking distance - unlike many of the hotels on the zone.

Nice hotel with great beach locationPosted Mar 1, 2014
Highly recommend the Ocean View room. It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Overall the hotel was great. Lots of places to hang out, such as the restaurants, palapas, Bali beds, bar n grill, pools, Ect. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and hotel. The location of the hotel is great. Their is a little Quick Market across the street. Restaurants and clubs down the street. The pier to catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres is also down the street. Starbucks and a little shopping mall down the street too. The food at the hotel was a little pricey for the portions that were served. We got a 5 shrimps, a scoop of veggies and a scoop of rice for $25 USD. We were left hungry and headed into town to eat again. Also their is no jacuzzi that you can use unless you pay for the spa. You also have to pay for WiFi. We just walked to the Starbucks down the street to use the free WIFI.

Room wasn't as nice as I expected it to be.Posted Feb 27, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: Pricing for the food, it was not that good and it was extremely expensive. I highly recommend walking across the street and getting food at Oxxo.
Location: It's in the hotel district, everything was nearby.
It was ok, but our friends stayed at the Krystal next door and it was nicer and they got a better deal.

Great Location!Posted Feb 27, 2014
We had a great five night stay at the Hyatt Regency. We had an amazing ocean view room. The location, beach, and pools were all wonderful. We took advantage of the Hyatt's double your credit promotion and enjoyed all the meals we ate during our stay. The Regency Club was a great addition and we really enjoyed the breakfast and daily cocktail reception. If your looking for a hotel with a great beach location, along with a great proximity to all the nightlife and restaurants, I would recommend the Hyatt Regency Cancun.
