“Awesome Honeymoon”

This was a beautiful place for our honeymoon. Relaxing resort. Had small activities daily that were fun. (Learned Salsa one night, played blackjack, other nightly activities as well as day activities). The resort gets very quiet after dinner time. Wonderful spa available. Great food!! This is a place if you want a quiet get-a-way. If you go here, be sure to rent a golf cart for 24 hours to explore the island! That was a great recommendation from the staff there!

“I'd can't wait to return!”

I was VERY pleased with our stay. EVERYONE was extremely nice to me and my family. The staff went out of their way to assure our satisfaction. Although I read in the reviews that there weren't too many child activities, we went ahead and booked. It was a small, quiet resort, exactly what we were looking for. My daughter was treated like royalty and she had a blast! Ulisses had a variety of activities that we can participate in as a family; Pool volleyball, kareoke, bingo, and movie night. We had fun. The beach was not the best but Playa Norte was about 10 minutes away. Beautiful, soft sandy, water! Great shopping by the beach too. The pool at the resort is large and roomy. If you are looking to get away for some quiet relaxing time, then this is the place to stay.

“Excellent family vacation!!!!!”

Resort was excellent as expected. All of the staff will wait hand and foot over you. Very quiet resort which was fine with us. There is only one restaurant but the food is somewhat varied and quite good for an all inclusive. The beach isn't the greatest (seaweed and rocky), but the water is very calm for swimming or snorkeling. Overall, I would give this resort 4 1/2 stars. I would definitely go back again.

“Very quiet and lovely”

This hotel is lovely! Right on the beach, spacious and airy. This hotel is quiet and comfortable. Took my husband and 7yr. old...we shared the pool and the beach with maybe 5 other couples. Beach is beautiful, white and fluffy...all the resorts block of a section of the water for swimming and kayaking and it is a tiny space...the water is super shallow, though of course perfect for my son, but I ended up floating more then walking, as it goes to about your knees and in some areas your neck. The ocean is warm and really really lovely. Very easy resort. Food was good, room was clean and lovely.

“Undiscovered Gem”

My wife and I just returned from the Isla Mujeres Palace and could not have been happier. The hotel is practically brand new and is gorgeous. If you are looking for a small, tranquil place to relax, enjoy the pool and ocean, this is the place for you. I would not recommend this place for twenty-somethings who are looking to party (stick to Cancun). It is also probably not the best choice for people with teenagers, I would imagine they would get bored rather quickly. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. By the end of your stay they will know your name, and bring you whatever you desire, sometimes without having to ask first. The rooms at Isla are beautiful, and the maid service was top notch. There is free wireless Internet and the toiletries are replaced daily, including razor and shaving cream, two tooth brushes with toothpaste, and from what my wife tells me, expensive top of the line Biosilk shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The two person Jacuzzi tub and two person shower are WONDERFUL. The only negative with regard to the room was that the TV volume is very low and you can not get rid of the Spanish subtitles. If we ever get another chance to ditch are kids with their grandparents, we will definitely return to the Isla Mujeres Palace.

“Excellent Hotel, friendly staff - great vacation”

I spent 8 days in the resort with my wife and 2 kids. We all loved the place, room was great with nice jacuzzy and balcony, very clean, and confortable. Food was very good, waiters and other staff knew the kids by name and made no problems for changing the menu when needed. Since the hotel is small , and was not crowded at all, we never had to wait in line for anything. There are many differente activities on the island, so the kids were never bored, and also loved hanging around the pool or the beach I hear the hotel will not take kids in the future, wich is a shame, for i would definitely come back to another great vacation at the same resort

The resort was excellent, took our breathe away with how beautiful everything was, staff was excellent, they really cater to you which was great. Probably the most relaxing trip I've every taken. Plan on going back every year!

“Best Vacation Ever!”

My husband, I and my daughter who is 17 years old had the best experience ever at this resort. The staff made our stay the best! They were very friendly and helped us whenever needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was delicious! The nightly entertainment was fun and interactive even though there was just a handful of us. The resort was quiet and very relaxing. My daughter didn't want to leave because the staff made her feel part of the family. We would without a doubt love to go back. They need to make this resort adults only not couples only. This way we can bring our daughter back with us. We would definitely recommend this resort to our friends.

“The best honeymoon EVER!”

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was gorgeous and fun. The staff was so great...we never had to look for someone, they were looking out for us constantly! We felt like we were leaving friends at check out. The food was good, room service prompt, drinks were flowing... Excursions were fun-we especially enjoyed the snorkel trip and swimming with dolphins. We HIGHLY recommend visiting Isla Mujeres and when you do, make sure you stay at the Palace Resort!
