“Awesome”

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a great choice. Absolute luxury and worth the money. Pricey but worth it. A little bit older crowd but we had a blast nonetheless. The pools are amazing, the service is amazing, location is good, restaurants are fabulous.

“JW Marriott Cancun, MX-The Best”

We have stayed at the JW several times and it is really nice. We would recommend it to anyone. We now have no desire to go any other hotel. The service is great and the people are tremendous. The hotel is classy with upgraded interior. The pool and beach area is lovely. We always buy the breakfasts which are great and then travel about to experience the restaurants so we cannot rate the hotel dinning rooms. Any meals we have had there were very good. We like it a lot.

“Wonderful Resort”

Staff is over attentive. There is hardly any beach at this side of Cancun, it is not only this hotel; so if you are a beach fan look at somewhere else, maybe Playa del Carmen. The pools are great and there is plenty of room to take the sun. This compensates for the lack of beach.

“Can't Wait to Go Back”

We have just returned from a 5 day vacation here with our 2 children (ages 5 & 3) and already I am back on expedia booking another visit for the Christmas New Year break. Every aspect of our stay here exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet (included in our package) was amazing, the view unbeatable, the pools lovely (many sections, bridges, infinity pool, hot tubs), and the room with it's 2 balconies; perfect. We enjoyed the bar with it's live entertainment, and the room service which we had on one of the balconies in our room. All four of us can't wait to go back.

“Beautiful hotel”

This hotel is really well run. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was nice and even though we asked for two doubles and got a king room instead, the staff set up the couch bed and a roll in for us and we still had room to move about. It is very pretty and immaculately clean. The beach is still a bit of a mess from the hurricane 2 years ago, so some days it was closed due to higher/rougher tides. You could still walk down to other hotels and swim on the days our beach was closed. The pool area is magnificent but you have to get up early to get a prime spot (like 5:30 ish on packed weeks). Enjoy.

“One of Cancuns best”

We hrodedave stayed at the many great hotels in Cancun and the JW is one of if not the best hotel. True the beach has eroded but it is the best property in the hotel zone. Great rooms, amazing spa and work out facilities, great food and amazing service.

“Excellent Stay”

JW Marriots are top notch hotels. Unbelievable service, excellent food, pool, rooms, etc. Stayed with wife and 11 year old son in JW suite. Huge room. Great massages, facials, etc. JW is not the cheapest, but has to be the best. Aquaworld for jetskiis and jungle tour. Suggest renting jetskiis and asking on of the guys working to take you on a private tour. You go around the entire lagoon, get to see some sights that not everyone can see. Tipped him 40 bucks. It was the best thing we did. There is a little restaurant across the street on the other side of the small store. Walk thru the store and down the back steps to a little open area seating on the lagoon. Real cheap food and drinks, and more of a local feel. Cant wait to go back.

“We would definitely go back!”

One of our best vacations experiences...the hotel staff was kind, courteous, and accomodating. The JW Marriott was elegant, comfortable, and very artistic with great sculptures of dancers placed throughout the lobby. Although the spa was too pricey, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was excellent and worth the pre-paid cost. The cleaning staff came in the morning and again in the evening (!) to turn down the bed. Complimentary Marriott slippers and robe. Hotel restaurants were very pricey although good. Entertainment included a female vocalist and pianist in the lobby as well as a salsa band at the connected CasaMagna hotel. The hotel gift store has some nice crafts and ornamental plates.
