Pros: Las instalaciones en general, así como también el trato al huésped.
Ubicacion privilegiada en la zona hotelera, instalaciones de primer nivel, tienen excepcional cuidado en los detalles y la atención al huésped, buenos alimentos. Buena opción para familias y parejas.

ロビーに入った瞬間、開放的でオシャレな空間が一気にリゾート気分を盛り上げてくれる。 興奮さめやらぬ間にチェックインへ向かいフロントのお姉さんの対応にまた気分はあがる。メキシコでこんなに気持ちの良いサービスに出会ったのは初めてな気がしたほど。まさに東京ディズニーランドのお姉さん。 ホテル前のビーチとプールで遊びながら部屋待ち。パラソルとベッドは自由に使え、バーの注文もとりにきてくれる。 部屋は特出した驚きはないものの、快適に過ごせる空間。バスルームのトイレ空間が区切られているのは日本人には落ち着く。オーシャンビューのバルコニーからは朝日が見れた。 朝食ビュッフェは、各種フルーツ、パン、サラダ、日本食、アメリカン、メキシカンなど豊富な品数で朝からワクワクした。 ロケーションはホテルゾーンのほぼ真ん中だったので、繁華街へ出るのも空港へ行くのも丁度より距離。近くに最新のショッピングセンターもある。パーキングはバレットではなく自由パーキングを選択できたので、夜中と早朝にも気軽に車の出し入れができた。 是非また利用したいと思ったホテル。

The pool service was horrible. Had to get my own drink several times. Very difficult to get a beverage. All other staff in hotel were great.

Wonderful resort

Pros: The hotel staff, turn down service, cleanliness, restaurants, ocean view, pool.
Cons: Installation of dehumidifiers.
This was my first time visiting Cancun and I couldn't be more pleased. The hotel staff are extremely kind, pleasant, and accommodating. The check-in process was very smooth and easy. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only down side is that our room would often hold humidity and the room would be moist, but it was not a big deal. The beach was beautiful except there was a lot of seaweed in the water. The pool area is very comfortable and clean. If I ever visit Cancun again, I would most definitely stay at the JW Marriott!!!

Nice enough hotel, but terrible mattresses

Cons: Beds, Pool and spas
The mattresses in this hotel were worse than the cheapest hotel I have stayed in the last five years. Sagged terribly on the inside of the both beds in two rooms that I rented in late June, 2015 to the point that you felt you had to climb to the other side of the bed. You sagged downhill with your head as well even with two pillows. Awful for reflux problems. Mattresses were only about 8" tall and visibly "bad" when your walked into the room. Stay somewhere else if you put a good night's sleep high on your priority list. The rest of the hotel was on par with the other nicer hotels in Cancun.
