“Total Paradise....”

After reading all the reviews about this hotel, I was a lil sceptical at first but after arriving to the hotel and seeing it for myself, I fell in love. I dont know where people came up with their reviews because the hotel was way nicer than everyone made it sound! The room was clean and up to date and very nice! (We booked a Krystal Club room) The service was exceptional and the food was beyond delicious! The sushi bar was awesome!! Nice pools and gorgeous beach! The location is probably the best in all of cancun, right in the heart of downtown. For the price you pay its a steal!

“Ideal group trip”

Everything was wonderful. The food options could be better , other than that the staff was amazing and the facilities far exceeded my expectations. We had an ideal stay.

Very beautiful location, great employees awesome customer service. Close to shops, food, and clubs. Also close to most of the parks that are full of fun activities . I highly recommend this hotel

“The service is the best you will ever get!!”

Since I never traveled outside of the country I did not know what to expect. This vacation was to celebrate my best friends 22nd birthday and the hotel was completely amazing! When we walked in the door we were greeted with welcome drinks and immediately taken care of from that point onward. If you plan on staying at this resort, I highly recommend getting the all inclusive package. We got room service, unlimited drinks, food, and hospitality. The servers and workers throughout the hotel were the best I've ever experienced. When you think open free bar, you expect the workers and bartenders to be stingy with the alcohol but it was the complete opposite! On more than one occasion I received multiple strong drinks without even asking. Also with this package you get the option to eat out at about 6 other restaurants in the area for free. I highly recommend el mortero which is right outside and Sr. Frogs that's right down the street. Don't go to Sr. Frogs unless you are willing to drink because they don't take no for an answer! I loved everything about this hotel, its workers, and the paradise it was set in. You don't receive this hospitality, genuine caring, and service in any hotel in the US. When we saw some of favorite employees on the last day they begged us not to leave and treated us like family!! Ill definitely miss all of the friends I made at the krystal cancun resort!!

“Cheap and awesome!”

We spent 4 nights over christmas here and it was awesome. We got cheap rates, not all inclusive. The place is great, we stayed in the new tower. We were 2 floors above the bulldog bar/club. We could not here a thing from the bar in the room. It does have thin walls but its not that bad, the people who say its the worst ever are just sad sad people..... The rooms in the new tower all have balconys that face the beach, they are super sweet. So you know, we paid buggar all, not all inclusive, at christmas, and still got a real nice room so its a luck thing maybe......? The beach here is awesome, there are lots of chairs and palm umbrellas on the beach for you to use, free towels, everything. Great location, approx 1.5 minute walk to the centre of the hotel zone (hard rock cafe, plazza's, restaurants, clubs....). We walked along the beach and i honestly think, appart from the super expensive/obvious ones, the Krystal has more going for it. Its all right there. Mint! We caught buses to downtown also no problem. All the staff are great and encouraged us to speak what little spanish we new. They are all super super helpful and the front desk staff and room service chaps are a laugh! Would have been nice if there was room for extras in the fridge not just mini bar food. Ill go back again, for sure!

We had a family reunion the first week of June/06. The staff were extremely friendly. I have no complaints about the hotel or the service. It was all excellent (despite the GradWeek guests.) I would have changed the following: 1. Don't bother getting the continental breakfast at the hotel. The menu is limited to cereal and fruit and not quite worth the extra daily charge. 2. Take SEVERAL $1 dollar bills because EVERYONE in Cancun will be asking for a tip. But when you consider that the housekeepers only make $5 dollars per day, don't skimp out on them. 3. Be prepared to spend $$$. Even though you are in Mexico, it seems that food is more expensive that the U.S. And again, everyone is looking for a tip.

“Best Hotel in Cancun”

THe Hotel staff was so very helpful. They constantly went above and beyond during our stay. The staff also told us the best resturants to eat at, what bus routes to take and even told us the best shops to go to.

“In the middle of Everything!”

Went with 2 girlfriends & we had the best time, this hotel was great. Hotel staff was friendly & attentive. It was within walking distance to shops, clubs & restaurants-you do not need to look no farther for a hotel this one is it!!!!!! When I go back to Cancun, this is the hotel I will be staying at!
