“Would go back!!”

Hotel, pools, & grounds are beautiful. We had an oceanview room w/terrace & it was wonderful. The bathroom, bed, and living area was very comfortable, we enjoyed it immensely. The breakfast buffet at Siete was excellent every morning!! Lunch at Azur was our favorite, the grilled shrimp were unbelievable!! Dinner at MB was simply outstanding!! I only have two compaints. One is that the pool service is very slow to non-existant. My wife and I have stayed at all inclusive resorts in Mexico before and usually the staff is always asking you if you want something. Here I had to wave them down, and ultimately go get the drinks myself. I tipped them in US dollars every time hoping to recieve more attention, but it did not work. My only other compaint is that we could only have dinner one night at MB. I checked with the concierge right after we checked in on Sunday afternoon and was told the earliest was Tuesday at 10:00 p.m.!! Which is way to late for us. I finally was able to get a reservation for Wednesday at 8:00. All in all we would go back because everything else was great. The service we recieved everywhere else except the pool area was more than adequate and the staff went out of there way to accomodate us, even with a hospitality room for our late flight the day we left. I believe that they could easily fix the pool service, and if they could somehow accomodate more guests at MB this place would be close to perfect.

“LOVE IT!!”

Live Aqua was one of the best service hotels that i've been to in a while. For one, the service was impeccable! They definitely cater to your every need and want and have thought about all the small details to a T! The hotel is extremely relaxing with their aromatherapy throughout the hotel. THey also give you your own aromatherapy oils to burn in your room. The food was good. We didn't love it, but it did the job and filled our bellies. The service and the hotel itself definitely bypassed the fact that the food wasn't 5 stars (in our opinion). THe pools were great. All 8 pools had a different temperature so you can choose which one you wanted to be in.

“An oasis of relaxation”

Live Aqua exceeded all of our expectations. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, very spa-like. The staff was incredibly attentive. The food, even the buffets, were delicious. The coffee bar with full coffee and pastry array was our favorite. We are looking forward to making an annual trip!

“Fantanstic hotel with great service”

My wife and I stayed at the Aqua Hotel for 5 nights. This was our second year at the hotel. The Aqua exceeded out expectations for the second year in a row. The staff is attentive and waits on you hand and foot during your vaction. If there is anything you need all you need to do is ask and you will receive it. The food at the Aqua restaurants especially the "MB" restaurant was the best food we ate. We decided to try the "MB" this year and it was amazing and highly reccomended. We did have a issue with our air conditioning during our second night. After respectfully speaking with the front desk staff they moved us up to the club level and were treated to a complimentary breakfast each day along with hor dourves and drinks each evening. This was a great benefit and we certainly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff to allow for the inconvienance we had. There is a large shopping mall across the street that meets the needs of anything a person is looking for. There are also a number of places to eat/drink if your looking to leave the hotel. I look forward to our next trip to the Aqua Hotel and wish to thank all the staff at the Aqua for all they do to make our vacation relaxing and accomodating.

“Very Nice”

This hotel is all that was advertised, great rooms, great view, great service. The employees were extremely friendly and a lot of fun to talk and laugh with. Our only minor issue and we read about this before we choose to stay there was the food selection. Breakfast was outstanding every day, lunch was great by the pool, dinner was very good but there is very limited choices for places to go and limited menus. When we do a vacation like this we prefer to have a larger menu to choose from and do not like a buffett for dinner, breakfast and lunch if we choose is fine. With all that being said I would stay at this resort again simply for the service and people.

“FANTASTIC HOTEL !!!”

Hotel was not the cheapest...but definitely a NICE hotel. Staff was fantastic. Food was very good also.

“come home rejuvinated”

this was the most relaxing restful experience we've ever had. from the check in to check out and everything in between, things go with ease and no hassle. the fact that the employees are there to do nothing more than make your stay as enjoyable as possible. you will be relaxed and enjoy every moment at this "zen" filled resort.

“So much Sun !!”

Loved it. Went with our kids and it was sunny every day. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was fantastic. After the first day everyone called us by name-everyone! Having the La Isla Mall across the street was great as well. Nice to go over there after dinner and knock around.

“Loved the Live Aqua!”

I've been to Cancun several times and had seen the Live Aqua. Read the reviews and gave it a try; LOVED it! We booked the 5th floor Aqua suite and upgraded ($$) to a 2 room suite on the 9th floor. The room was great; 2 balconies, separate sleeping areas; one room had a very comfortable king, the other a comfortable sleep sofa. I found everything the hotel boasts about to be true. The 5th floor lounge was great; Pablo and Alfonso were fabulous! Omar at check-in; a real sweet heart! The up grade room was not ready so they put us on the 5th floor until it was; David..great! Paco and Ever at the pool..took awesome care of us. The food was ok.. a little better then most all inclusives.. Excellent wine selection in MB. Room service was fast, friendly and delicious! The Spa? Heaven. We had a $200 credit with our upgrade; Patty was phenomenal! we had a cabana as well everyday; they were CLEAN and the covers were changed daily, not like the typical beds you see. They came with a 20min foot massage daily which we split. Overall a wonderful, quiet relaxing stay on a beautiful beach and I am already planning to go back in November!
