Beautiful BeachPosted Mar 12, 2014
The hotel itself is very Beautiful and most of the staff are fríendly and helpful. Our room was nice but we never once received maid and/or turndown service, nor was the mini fridge restocked during our stay. Peter at the front desk was wonderful and sent someone immediately when I informed him of this but we were checking out the following day. It was our first 'all inclusive' and most likely our last. There are many added on fees and I feel like the service was mediocre as the employees assume they will not receive a tip due to the all inclusiveness, yet leaving tips did not seem to improve service at times either. I was somewhat disappointed as this is considered one of the higher end hotels.

Mexico TripPosted Mar 11, 2014
Had a fun time. Liked the hotel and staff. Food was good. Took some time to get drinks on the beach or by the pool. Rooms could have been cleaner.

Beautiful resort- close to the beach and shopping.Posted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: Beautiful, immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful and many choices for different food- all good.
Cons: Maybe a place to do your own laundry.
Location: Great shopping within walking distance and beautiful location. Snorkeling within 30 minutes, fishing charters within 10 minutes and only 25 to airpor
A beautiful resort with a very friendly staff and many great food choices.

ParadisePosted Mar 10, 2014
Excellent stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. The drinks were plentiful...try the strawberry or cucumber smash! Don't book excursions thru aquaworld onsite. Book individually on the beach.

HospitalityPosted Mar 9, 2014
Pros: The Staff, the beach, the food, the facilities were all fantastic.
Cons: Just the internet.
Location: It was an excellent spot. We were withing walking distance to a shopping center and restaurants. It was very convenient.
The hotel staff really did a wonderful job in making a vacation a memorable one. The staff really made our stay worthwhile. The beach, the facilities, the food was wonderful. Very relaxing. Very Beautiful. I only had one concern and that was the internet. It didn't work nearly half the time. Other than that I would would recommend others to stay at the hotel and we would also come back to the hotel in any future visits.

Amazing DealPosted Mar 8, 2014
Pros: All-inclusive classy fine dining and unlimited drinks. Flat rate of $5 for whatever you want for late night meals.
Location: Book your party package with afterdark entertainment for nightlife experiences - Incredible people.
Great people, service, facilities, food and drinks, beach, and other amenities. I came here for spring break, and while this is not a MTV spring break destination with all the trashiness and debauchery, the hotel was well worth it. It hosts an older demographic, particularly with a lot of couples, but with all the offerings you can look way passed it. If you want a balanced break with a more relaxing day filled with the highest quality food/drinks/accommodation coupled with the crazy nightlife which is easily accessible downtown through a party package vendor, then go to this hotel. If you have the single goal and are okay for a 24/7 rager jam-packed with college students and low quality everything, then I'd say go to Oasis. Out of all the hotels though where my other friends stayed at and hearing their experiences, I would say by far we got the most thorough, complete and well-rounded spring break.

Very Modern hotel!!Posted Mar 8, 2014
Hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern! All the food we had was fantastic but make sure to make reservations for dinner as soon as you get there. Service was great also! People need to realize you do still have to tip at an all inclusive. Only a dollar or two and you will get amazing service!

Paradise @ MePosted Mar 8, 2014
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Me Cancun. From the minute you get out of your taxi and enter the hotel, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming hello. The hotel is modern and chic. If you are looking for fun by the pool and party at night you are in the right spot. Willy ( will-i-am) our pool and lounge server is one of the reasons we would return to the hotel. He provided the utmost friendly service. We never waited for a drink and he treated us like we were the only guests there! Willy at Beach house grill never let our drinks get empty, he showed a genuine sense of urgency. It was a pleasure to meet both of them.
