“Our Spring break vacation in March!!!!”

We visited the Casa Magna Hotel in March,and our visit was most pleasant. Our rooms were clean and keep very well by the staff during the entire week.We had an ocean view balcony which was on the beach. The view was breathetaking.The restaurant staff was very pleasant ,and very accomodating. The food in all of the restaurants were superb. At the conciege desk,we were given a coupon to recieve a free appetizer at one of the restaurants.At the conciege desk we also recieved good advice about any question that we had about Cancun.We also recieved the newspaper at this desk,that was complimentary. We almost bought a time share,but because of the recession,we were afaid to buy it.The pool and the jacuzzi were well kept.The exercise room was also very pleasant.If we visit Cancun again,this hotel would be our choice.I would recommend it highly,to anyone who asked.We also liked the mexican music that was played in the hotel in the evening. I would reccomend that you play mexican music in the day around the pool area,so you can get more of a mexican feel,instead of being americanized. Excellent Rating!!!!

“Wonderful Time!”

We just returned from this hotel and it was wonderful. We had originally looked at the Ritz-Carlton and JW but chose this based on the reviews. The hotel wasn't crowded which made for finding a spot on the beach very easy. The restaurants were amazing as well (you have access to the restaurants at the JW as well). We plan to return to this hotel when heading back to Cancun.

“CASAMAGNA MARRIOTT HOTEL EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE!!!!”

EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY FREINDLY AND SMILED AND GREETED YOU AS THEY WALKED BY. WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. MY PARTNER AND I HAD A 3 YR. OLD AND A 10 YEAR OLD AND FRONT DESK ACCOMMODATED WITH A CRIB AND A ROLL-A-WAY FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD. WE CHOSE THE ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE AND THIS WORKED OUT GREAT FOR OUR SITUATION. WE ATE AT LA CAPILLA FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER AND ATE AT CHAMPIONS FOR LUNCH, AND ALSO AT MIKADO. WE ALSO USED ROOM SERVICE DAILY. THEY REALLY DO HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND STAFF IS CONSISTENTLY MAKING THEIR ROUNDS TO ASSURE THE CLEANLINESS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOTEL. SERVICE AT THE POOL WAS ALSO EXCELLENT PLENTY OF STAFF ASSISTING YOU AT LA ISLA RESTAURANT, POOLSIDE SERVICE AND FULLY STAFFED ALSO AT THE SWIM UP BAR. IF POSSIBLE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO CASA MAGNA MARRIOTT. I HONESTLY DONT THINK THE PICTURES ON ANY OF THE SITES MAKE CASAMAGNA JUSTICE, FROM AFAR THE PICTURES OF THE EXTERIOR MIGHT MAKE IT SEEM LIKE AN OLD HOTEL, BUT ONCE YOU ARRIVE YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE GRANDEUR OF THE CASA MAGNA MARRIOTT HOTEL....FINALLY, TO MAKE THIS SHORT WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CASA MAGNA MARRIOTT TO ALL. “Nice stay...”

A really nice hotel that has aged well. It shows obvious signs of wear, but still very comfortable and pleasant. The staff is helpful and courteous. Can't beat the location. We upgraded our room to a suite (very reasonable) and couldn't have been happier with our decision (huge room and balcony). We enjoyed a king-sized bed for us and two pull-out couches for the kids. Amazing views, great beach, pool just steps away...can't wait to go back!

“A great hotel”

We went to Cancun for a long weekend for some R&R. Unfortunately mother nature did not cooperate and it rained every day (except the day we left of course). Although there are many stores and restaurants to visit, we were hopeing for some quality time on the beach. However that being said, the people at the Marriott (and especially the Mexican people) are all so warm, friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you've known them a long time and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is really nice and very well maintained. I have stayed at several hotels in Cancun and now will only stay at the Casa Magna.

“CasaMagna Marriott”

Hotel service was great, employees were very nice and friendly. i would definitely recommend Casamagna Marriott.
