Expensive Hotel - Very few English Speaking StaffPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The beach and pool - food was good.
Cons: Better linguistics with the staff - more reasonable drink rates.
Location: 7 Eleven across the street - within reach of shopping.
Staff was friendly but did not speak English - hotel was ridiculously expensive - even for a resort - 5.50 for a can of pop - 28.00 for suntan lotion. Beach was nice but the seaweed was a little excessive as it wasn't cleaned daily. Room was comfortable but not memorable. Overall - I would not recommend it or return myself.

Dear Dyana, Thank you for posting this review. I appreciate your comments about the friendliness from our staff; we have first contact staff with fluid English and continue training others with English classes. Due to our location, our pricing is in line with similar properties in this area and we feel that we offer good value given our facilities. Thank you for share your opinion about our beach, our team does their best to keep it perfect all the time, but sometimes nature is faster. I would also like to let you know that we currently are renovating our rooms to actualize them. I hope to have the opportunity to host you again in a future stay. Tiffany S. (Front Office Manager)

Beautiful grounds, Beautiful BeachPosted Aug 19, 2014
We went with our three children and they were very accommodating and extremely nice. The resturaunts were super, you can get a Great steak at "Argentine" & the Thai restaurant is so amazing. The Beach is perfect!!!! Turquoise & 78degrees Caribean Ocean. Wow didn't want to leave... The pool needs minor repair. But all in all, it's a fabulous hotel.

Nice location on the beach but too expensive.Posted Aug 15, 2014
Food was over priced, soft drinks and water were $4-7. We did not get any food credit when we booked but heard others say they got $50 a day credit. There is a 7-Eleven across the street. Bring sunscreen or it will cost you $36. Concierge (gentleman) was nice and helpful, doormen very friendly and helpful, help was cheerful and always cleaning something. Remember that you are on Mexican time, no one is in a hurry except when driving and they drive like craft.

Dear Guest Jeanie, Thank you for taking some of your time to post your comment on Expedia and thank you too for the nice comments from our staff and services. About the day credit you mentioned, probably the rate including this feature was not available at the time you made your reservation. About food and beverage prices, these are similar to other hotels of same category, however, our great location gives the opportunity to have some other options for shopping and dining. We hope you can comeback soon to enjoy this resort. Sincerely, Miguel Angel Flores C. | Gerente en Turno / Manager On Duty

Awesome Hotel ResortPosted Aug 15, 2014
Cons: To make it an all Inclusive Resort.
Location: Located in Hotel Zone of Cancun. Xcaret, Xenotes, and Xplor and we recommend it to everyone to book ahead of time so worth it.
It is an amazing hotel, the best staff I ever had in all the hotels I have stayed in when I travel to a new destination. It also is very beautiful inside and outside.

Great hotel, on the beach, very nice staffPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff Location (it is on the main hotel drag, but more down toward the southern end) Pool Beach Turtle corral
Cons: The coffee bar in the little shop was nice to have, but it was often too crowded, with people pushing all around.
Location: This is in the hotel area...there are several restaurants onsite, and a few more restaurants scattered around. It isn't super-close to the busy area.
The Marriott CasaMagna was a great launching place for adventures in Cancun and surrounding areas. The room was super clean (marble floors, granite everywhere---a pretty fancy feel.) The pool is amazing, you have access to the beach with plenty of chaise lounges and bar service (seemingly everywhere...in the pool, on the beach, in the lobby.) The staff were super friendly at every opportunity.

Great hotel on the beach.Posted Aug 13, 2014
Location: There are two great restaurants across the street if you want to leave the property. Catch the bus to town (75 cents, don't use an expensive taxi). T
Great hotel, beautiful, very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is right on the beach but they also have a beautiful pool and hot tub. Breakfast every morning was a huge buffet with anything you could possible want. I will be back!

Great HotelPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Pool, Beach, Oceanfront Room, Breakfast Buffet was excellent, staff attentiveness.
Cons: The double beds were not a big hit. I would refit every 2- double bed room with 2 queen beds.
Location: Location is perfect, mid of the hotel zone, close to bus route and great 5-star restaurants. Nearby snorkeling was a big hit.
Staff on site are very pleasant and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. Pool is perfect size (includes a pool swim up bar), Beach property of Hotel is large and clean. The interior of hotel reminds me of Caesars Palace in Vegas, Very ornate, yet classy.
