Nice hotel with lots of options

Beautiful hotel, will definitely stay again. All inclusive gave us so many options for food, drinks, and activities. The pool was amazing and the fact you could visit the other palace resorts was awesome.

Best All Inclusive

Pros: Service Food Flo Rider Surf simulator Premium drinks
Cons: Our one displeasure during our stay was the hotel became overrun by a visiting Cisco conference. We were overrun mid stay with suits and computers.
Location: Onsite dolphin exp. Cancun hotel zone - Shopping in the traditional flea market Aquaworld
The staff at this hotel is excellent, very genuine. We experienced great service throughout the hotel. Bartender Alberto at the swing bar(Moon) was very friendly, provided excellent service and went way out of his way to create interesting beverages. Maurizio at the Gondola Italian Al a Carte (Moon) was an excellent waiter and made our visit to that particular restaurant the best dining experience during our stay. The Arrecifes-Brazilian Steak House (Nizuc) was the best food we experienced during our stay. The service here was also great but the food was phenomenal, especially since our previous visit the year before. The meat was excellent and totally to Canadian standards. We requested only rare beef of which we were brought continuously. The chimichurri sauce brought to the table as a standard was delicious. The crepe shoppe in the moon was great for late night snacks and the delicious in house made popsicles. We loved our visit to MoMo was really yummy too. We opted for menu service this time instead of the Teppanyaki table which we experienced during our last visit. Both options are good. Unlike other all-inclusives the buffets are not a poor alternative to the a la cartes. The food selection is immense and the quality very good. The rooms were nice and beds comfy. The Chi complementary toiletries are a nice surprise. It was easy enough to get golf cart transportation around the resort if you were too tired to walk. I'd say more but hit max for characters

Pros: Generally very good.
Cons: Food in the seafood and steak restaurants was very poor.
Really nice hotel, food in the main restaurants was very good, the speciality seafood and steak restaurants at lunch times was very poor. Wanted a room with a king bed, ended up getting a room with two doubles - which was actually two singles! Pool area lovely, general level of service was excellent.

This is a great all inclusive resort. Customer service is very good. Food is very good. Resort is beautiful and well maintained. Room was very comfortable. The staff will help you with any need. The only negative is that the beach is not very good. Lots of seaweed. But they do allow you to take a shuttle to their sister resorts in cancun where the beaches are awesome. This is our second stay and we would definitely stay again.

Pros: All the amenities.
Cons: Clean up all the seaweeds in the ocean. I know I know that's impossible.
Location: Golfing is always a great option at this resort as well as swimming with the dolphins in the resort. The resort is close to the airport...nice.
My wife and I took our 2 kids (11and 8) for a stay at this resort. I was very impressed. From the kid's clubs to the minigolf to the food and service everything was top notch. We wanted pure relaxation and got it. My 11 year old boys was addicted to the kids club and the waterslides. Lots of fun.

Beautiful resort, grounds, and by far the best food I have ever had continually. The cafe/espresso and ice cream bar was a nice amenity as well as many restaurants and lounges. My only negative is the super push for their resort time share / RCI. They are relentless and their value add of the resort credits are nice but there is always a catch. I found the staff outside of the waiters - just OK. No one was overly going out of their way to assist. We stayed 11 days and I was not sick of any of the things to do as there is so much, mini golf, bikes, sea doo rentals etc. So that was a great plus. Usually into 2nd week you are sick of the food. Not here. The kids club is pretty weak. Amazing room at the Sunrise, OK room at Nizuc but no organized activities so my kids would only want to stay for maybe 45 mins. If they added the 'camp' aspect to it I'd be back again. The min age is 4 which is kinda of old too so my littliest could not go at all.

Disgusting Unclean Smelling Room with Rude Staff

Pros: Number of pools and Food Options
Cons: THE ROOM SMELL/HYGIENE and their Staff need some lessons on courtesy and politeness.
Location: It's approx 15mins from airport and Cancun so good location however you can just stay at the resort as all inclusive and activities to do.
My partner and I we're so excited to be staying at a 'Supposedly' luxurious all inclusive resort so we thought until we arrived in a room that had a horrific smell to it and not hygienely clean. After reporting my disgust and disappointment to the reservation supervisor Ivan and requesting our room to be changed, Ivan responded so rudely with we have no other rooms available and we will try and sort something out tomorrow. Tomorrow came and again we we're informed there we're no rooms available for 3 days. Moon Palace, I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed that a hotel of your so called standard, expected us to stay in a room that smelt so awful and none of your staff we're willing to go out of there way to improve our experience. It has been 3 weeks and we are still constantly chasing you to authorise our FULL Refund!. Thanks for ruining our holiday!!
