“Spring Break”

You really need to ask questions in order to get a full experience from this hotel. Don't expect detailed signs that explain where everything is. You need to actually talk to the employees in order to figure out where everything is.

“Sens Del Mar”

great service, great food, the resort was wonderful. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. The only thing to improve is to have more umbrellas in the pool area. I loved it and plan to go back

“Stay here but not for the cuisine”

Loved this hotel, the only complaint is the food. While there is plenty to eat, the selection is not that great. Some foods were very bland, and questionable as to what it was.

“More Than I Paid For!”

I'm definitely going back next year! The amenities were fantastic and so worth the price I paid. I still can't believe I had a 7 day vacation in Cancun for the price I paid. Having the all inclusive was a huge plus. We didn't even leave the resort the entire time - beach access and plenty of places to eat and DRINK right there! I would highly suggest this to anyone going for their first time to Cancun. In fact, next summer (which is off-season for Cancun) we plan on returning with our son and daughter in law for their first Cancun get away!

“Great Hotel for Couples.”

Went on our long due honeymoon and was one of the best experiences. Got a Oceanview room which was neat and clean and very comfortable.Food was awesome.Hotel has an Italian, Mexican, Sushi, International and a Fine Dining restaurant.Italian was the best. It has about 3-4 bars of which one is a swim up bar on the Infinity pool.Staff was very nice and polite and always had a smile on their faces.They have Daily Night shows which are very high quality and we used to look forward to watching these.The performers were awesome.I would recommend the hotel to anyone who want to just relax and enjoy their vacation. I think this is a great hotel for married couples or for a group of friends who just want to relax. I dont think, it is an ideal hotel for young people who want to party hard.

“Lovely and not crowded”

My husband and I just got back so sad wished we would have stayed longer next time the people were so friendly and sweet bar service excellent Miguel at the hotel lobby bar and the servers Daniel at the beach infinity pool by the sushi bar omg sushi was great thanks Alvaro spicy roll yum the beds by the pool and the beach were great buffet servers very sweet food good fish everywhere excellent ask for extra garlic at the Italian small restaurant not benezzoresort was lovely had the place mostly to our ourselves very comfortable went dancing at the disco fun ants on balcony no biggie little tiny ones noticed in restrooms different but in carribean what are you to do snack bars good overall loved it

“nice for couples or singles to just get away”

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, pools were awesome and beach good to walk on. The food was good and service was excellent

Really nice place, with really nice service. Also the food was great. I really enjoyed my trip and can't wait to go back.
