“Omni Hotel”
The hotel itself is great! There's lots of people around to help you out and they're very friendly. The room itself however smelled a little bit musty, but I think that was both because of the fact that people come in from swimming all the time leaving water around, and because it was Mexico and it has a different smell from the U.S. altogether. The dining locations were good, great food and drinks. Overall I would say if you're someone looking for a decent getaway on a budget this would be the place. If I had had more money though, I probably would've gone somewhere better.
“Breezy Point, NY”
This was a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel special. We had an ocean view room and the view was spectacular. You get a lot for your money. The Concierge's were very helpful and answered all our questions and needs. David and Jose along with everyone else was just the nicest people you could meet. The area was easy to get around and extremely safe. We left the hotel at all hours and had no problems, we traveled by local bus to the shopping centers etc. Cancun is very clean and safe. I would recommend this hotel for adult and families. The inclusive package was well worth the money and you can eat 24/7. We stayed for 7 nights and did a lot of sightseeing. I give this hotel 5 stars.
“Good Times”
Only problem with hotel are the number of steps. Steps to climb anytime you go someplace. Steps to walk to main Blvd and then return to hotel are not for elderly. Otherwise a great place!
“Very good place”

“Cancun Vacation”
Awesome service, Clean room. Beware of salesmen, very aggressive.
“Annual Visitor to this hotel!!”
We have gone to the Omni Cancun for 12 years in a row and will continue to make this our home away from home for years to come! The people...at all levels...from the wait staff to the concierge to the reservation personnel...are amazing! They make your vacation an experience to remember by going way above and beyond what most locations do. If you are looking for the personal touch and yet still have your privacy for what you want, this is definitely the place for you!
“"Not Impressed"”
I stayed at Omni in the beginning of August and I was not impressed with the hotel at all. The room was not clean and I saw cockroach inside the bathroom. The phone did not work most of the time so I could not call housekeeping when I needed to.
“Fantastic”
We were a group of 28 people stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful time of our life. The ambiance, location, amenities, ease of checkin etc everything was excellent. I think booking through Expedia also played a major role e.g. when we reached at the hotel, everything was ready and all of us (8 families) were able to check in mere 15 minutes. This was great. The pools were awsome. I liked the one which had the bar in a hot tub. I think I had made the right choice and if I am able to get the similar deal, I cant wait to go back again with the group of same or similar size. Next year 2012, I am planning to go to either Aruba or Bahamas and would certainly like to visit Omni, if avaialable. Thanks
“You won't be dissapointed”
We stay for 6 days, and most of the people that work in the Omni are very nice and are always willing to help... I love the sushi bar, the swimming pools, the spa! it is a little expensive, but great!... aware of the people trying to sell you time share, they are annoying, since we got to the airport :(
“So enjoyable!!”
The hotel was really nice, but the service was great!! We immediately received a room upgrade while checking in and even got to switch to a larger room the next day. The food was good and the immediate service could not be beat...we are definately going back again next year and bringing friends!!
