“The Omni was great!”

My Husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Cancun the first week of Nov. and had a wonderful time. The resort was very nice, the beach was great, pools were nice and clean. We even enjoyed the food. Went AI, well worth it! Good location away from the downtown area.

“We'll be back!”

The hotel was beautiful and very well located!The staff was attentive, but not bothersome. The pools and bars were well kept. There was a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and across the street is a Mcdonald's, a couple of small stores, a car rental place, ... This makes life easier, especially with kids. It is near the beginning of the Hotel Zone, so it is quiet! They gave us large, nice beach towels each day. We could trade them in for dry ones as often as we wanted.

“Omni Cancun Hotel”

Location is great for beaches, swimming, dining, travel to Mayan ruins or Escraret,shopping, etc. Food was delicious as was its' presentation (esp.enjoyed the breakfast buffet). Staff promptly served us when we were in need to facilitate early bus tours, though we were running late.

“Very friendly and helpful staff”

When we got there we received such a warm welcome (seated us to fill out our registration and got us cocktails!) that I thought they were going to try to sell us something. But they were just genuinely nice! And the concierge really listened to our requests and fulfilled them!

“Great hotel to take your family”

The Omni provided our family with a quality all-inclusive vacation. The staff was great. They have activities for the kids going on all day for kids of all ages. They also had games going on for adults around the pool. We had a great time. We would go back in a minute. Actually, we didn't want to leave.

“Very impressed”

Fantastic hotel with a reasonable price comparing to other hotels in that area. We were very satisfied with service, cleanliness, and hotel amenities. We were all-inclusive and the food and food service was fantastic. We were waited on as soon as we were seated and the waiters and waitresses didn't expect a tip. There were both families and singles and it looked like everyone was happy with atmosphere. I think it had one of the best and cleanest beaches comparing to the neighbor hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it is very likely that I go back there again.

“This hotel changed my opinion of Cancun”

We had a wonderful time. Not at all what I expected of a reasonably priced Cancun Hotel; it was much, much better. We didn't want to leave at all. The beach, the pool, everything was truly enjoyable.

“A great place to relax!”

My husband and I stayed at the Omni for a week of relaxation and sun. We were not disappointed. Whether it was the economy, the season, or the Swine flu, the hotel was far from full, and we enjoyed the quietness and space. We did the All-Inclusive plan and it was well worth it. While the food was not amazing, there was still a good variety and we always enjoyed our dining experience. It might be awhile until we get back to Cancun, but if we do, we'd consider the Omni!

“Annual Visitor to this hotel!!”

We have gone to the Omni Cancun for 12 years in a row and will continue to make this our home away from home for years to come! The people...at all levels...from the wait staff to the concierge to the reservation personnel...are amazing! They make your vacation an experience to remember by going way above and beyond what most locations do. If you are looking for the personal touch and yet still have your privacy for what you want, this is definitely the place for you!

“Beautiful ocean view”

We stayed 5 nights at the Omni and had a wonderful time. Our room was clean with a spectacular view of the ocean and we could also see the lagoon from our balcony. The hotel is a little quiet compared to some other places but the pools and beach were beautiful. We had good service and any request we made was taken care of promptly. We didn't go AI and were glad we didn't, my only complaint would probably be that the food wasn't the best and there wasn't a lot of variety. The servings at the ala carte restaurants were small and somewhat expensive for what you got. There are a lot of stairs so for someone with trouble walking may not be the best choice.
