Royal service was magnificentPosted Sep 28, 2014
The hotel is beautiful . This beach has to be one of the best in Cancun. We stayed in tower 5 royal service ocean view. The hotel staff is incredible, pleasant friendly and very accommodating. Juan was our personal butler. He was the best. The staff at the restarants and bar areas were wonderful. I can't wait to go back.

PerfectPosted Sep 28, 2014
It was our babymoon. Hubby and I are the relaxing type. We like vacations where we explore and sight see all day. But since I'm 5 months pregnant the choice of hotel was important. Glad we chose Paradisus. Food and service were spectacular. Beache was nice. Didn't need to fight for anything but I think we went at a time when kids are back in school. We had 8 nights and trier different restaurant every night. Repeated 1 night at Fuego, our favorite. Buffet lunch was always good. We did Chichen Itxza 1 day but the rest were at the beach. Wish we did more bit this was just beach and eat trip :)

Very large resort with beautiful interiorPosted Sep 27, 2014
We had a fabulous time and were very well taken care of the whole time during our stay. Upgrading to royal service is a must! You won't be disappointed! Perfect time to visit as we got to release baby sea turtles which was a highlight of our stay. We will be back :)

Very good, but the food could be better.Posted Sep 23, 2014
Location: We went to Xcaret and we recommend. There are a lot of things to see and it is impossible to do it in one day. You will be tired at the end of the day
We are a couple (40 and 50 years old) and a daughter of 6 years old. We were there at low season (sep/2014), so no crowded. We loved the hotel and all staff are very friendly. The only thing we were disappointed were the food. As we had previous experience with other hotels, we are sure they can do much better with the food. Buffet in under the average in terms of options, but everything available is clean and fresh. Other thing is about the AC on the common areas: it is warm all the time and at night it is uncomfortable. Inside the rooms the AC is perfect, but as the atrium is like an open area, the temperature is not comfortable. Tip: if you don't want go to the club at night, stay out of the main tower. The music is loud until 2pm !!

Super Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Posted Sep 20, 2014

Overall, my trip was amazing! Hotel is fabulous, staff is friendly and on top of everything, food is delicious, and just the hotel itself is a palace. The only issue I had was that in hallways there were some water leaks and I fell on one occasion hurting my knee really badly; therefore, I believe staff should be a little more alert when it comes to that. Other than that my whole experience was more than AMAZING!
