Exceptional hotel, location, staff, amenities...Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: The staff and atmosphere.
Cons: Room temperature could have been a little cooler but overall, the room was excellent.
Location: Great location and close to everything. The beach was just steps away.
From arrival to departure our stay was above exceptional. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself felt like we were staying in a spa. The aromatherapy and cleanliness of the entire hotel made our experience feel like we were pampered the entire time.

Best place for all kind of vacation!!!Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Mostly everything, excellent food, clean rooms, beautiful views from both sides lagoon and the sea, nice staff.
Cons: To change the age of children club which was 5-12 my kids couldn't enjoy that cuz they're less, and the Bali beds no need to pay or reserve for them
Location: Excellent location, not far from airport, away from street noises, near shopping area just a stop with bus
We had a blast as a family with two little boys. Everything was worth the money we paid, the room, the food the place itself. I would recommend to everyone who wants to vacate in Caribbean Sea.

Everything you need in right inside the hotel!Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: The staff was awesome, very helpful and dedicated. The facility was clean and the restaurants were nice.
Cons: The shower could be improved and the process for dinner reservations. It was hard sometimes trying to schedule time for places if we were out.
Location: You can catch the bus pretty much everywhere. Transportation is easy and there is a mall about 20 minutes walking from there.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Paradisus Resort and Miroslava took great care of us. She is super nice and very helpful. We def recommend this hotel and if ever back in Cancun, will plan another visit there again.

Birthday Week Celebration VacationPosted Sep 9, 2014
I searched all over for the right deal and the right hotel...and I hit a winner with the Paradisus Cancun. Everything was beyond what we expected. They assigned you a personal concierge which helped with your overall stay, dinner reservations, and helped give great advice on where the best most safe places to go off-site. Biannca was amazing and we were so pleased. Also, we had the best waiter at the pool and beach...Enrique...when he noticed how much we were enjoying the cervezas...he would bring us a bucket of 4 on ice instead of the little draft cups. The over all food was really great we enjoyed the Blue Agave and the Market Grill the best. I highly recommend this resort!!

Beautiful but never stay at Paradisus/Melia againPosted Sep 6, 2014
Paradisus is located on a stunning beach in Cancun. That was the selling point of this hotel. I will say that I did have a good time but it is because I am someone that generally likes to focus on the positive. I spent 6 days, 5 nights at the resort. On day one, I was coerced to sign up for the "non-time share" time share presentation/breakfast for the next day. Please note that the breakfast is at NAOS buffet, it's the same place you eat breakfast everyday. The person I met with was Fransciso, he was nice and gave us a lot of information but I could tell he didn't like that we were asking good questions. He gave us a tour of the club member suites at the paradisus. They weren't that nice to be honest. We got back to to the club melia office to sit down and talk numbers and then the sales tactics started (My sister works in sales). Fransciso deliberately gave us too many numbers, made it confusing and expensive. Then in came the closer Konni who made us some excuse for Francisco having to leave. Konni spoke very fast and was extremely rude to us when we said we were not interested. No handshake, he basically told us to leave. On day 3 my money was STOLEN from the in room safe and management told us that the hotel was not responsible. They "investigated" it but I have yet to hear anything. No nighttime entertainment. The red lounge smells terrible. Best restaurants: Bano, Mole Stay away from Fuego (poor service, terrible food). Overall, drinks are great, food was ok

Not that greatPosted Sep 6, 2014
Food is horrible. Staff was nice but management not interested in really accommodating guests. Would not recommend
