Pardisus Cancun gave us Pardise Experience

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: Everything including swiming pool, dining, room service, staff, etc.
Cons: Nothing. Please maintain current status and quality of your service
Location: Shopping mall is only 2 bus stop away, and easy access to water sports including Jungle Tour.
Awsome & Fantastic Experience. We stayed there 6 nights, so everyday we booked a restaurant for dinner, so experienced 5 different cuisines at 5 different restaurants: Market Grill, Bento, Bana, Fuego, Mall. Everyday we had Breakfast and Lunch at a Buffet restaurant Naos, which changed dishes everyday, so we've never fed up. Everyday we also tasted more than 10 different cocktails and drinks. Everything was all inclusive even room service and mini bar with a full of drinks and some sancks. Staffs are extremely friendly and working so hard to serve their guests. Bartendor named Enrique Diaz was very kind and tried to make people very well treated and happy. We will absolutely visit again and stay in Paradisus Cancun. Considering expense, Paradisus is one of the best hotels in Cancun.

first timer in Mexico

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: very clean room and hotel, the staff was all ways eager to please
Cons: no to slow WI-FI in the rooms. best reception was by the pool area
Location: every out door activity is available within the hotel walking or short bus ride area
First trip to Mexico, as soon as we walked out the airport doors we were helped by the transportation company that took us to the hotel. the hotel greeted us, gave us a 10-15 minute lay out of the hotel (its large) and helped us to settle in. then it was pure pleasure for the next 5 days. everything was top shelf, including the food and liquor.

A week at Paradisus Cancun

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Me and my husband went for 6 days and had an overall good experience. So here are some pros and cons: The staff is really nice and remmember you by the name. The buffet food is amazing although the other restaurants are not so good. The deserts are really pretty but not tasty. Our server did give us some ice cream though :). The drinks are great and they use good alcohol. We enjoyed the fact that they have late night food (great burgers). Their wifi is no good. The location is amazing. Steps from the ocean and their pools are also great. They have great activities for extra. We payed $200 dollars to upgrade to ocean view and had a bad experience where we had to switch rooms because our ac was leaking. 3 times we got to our room and had to go down to the lobby because our room key would not work. When we got there the lady asked if it was a special ocasion and we let her know that it was our anniversary and she asked us in what restaurant we wanted to celebrate and said there would be a little surprise there and also said that she would send something up to our room. None of these things happened. I was a little sad since she had me all excited :(. We had a lot of fun at paradisus and although there is some room for improvement it is a great resort.

Great hotel with an awesome hotel Staff!!

Posted Oct 2, 2014
Pros: The great helpful staff, the clean rooms, all the restaurants available in the resort, the 24hr room service, the private pool (Royal Service package)
Location: Great location with easy access to the public transportation. The bus only costs $1 and takes you to all the great attractions. (shopping, bars etc.)
We arrived on a Friday afternoon (6:30pm), the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I walked up to the check in desk the staff noticed that I got the Royal service package and advised me that my check in was in the Royal service check in (private check in). They sent over a staff member and carried our bags all the way to the check in desk. Once we got to the Royal service check in area, we were greeted with a glass of champagne. The concierge noticed that our room was not available (ocean view suite), so they gave us a free upgrade to an ocean front suite!! The room had direct access to the beach and the private pools. I would highly recommend that you get the Royal Service package. We got our own butler that helped us with everything; they set up reservations for restaurants, pool cabanas, etc. The private butler was on call so I was given a cell phone that had his number on speed dial. Our butler Erik was exceptional, he knew that I planned the trip to celebrate my girlfriends 21st birthday and sent over a bottle of Remy Martin (on the house), a cheese cake and champagne bottle the day before my girlfriend’s birthday. On my girlfriends birthday Erik reserved a pool cabana, made reservations at a nice restaurant and when we got back to the room after our nice dinner we were surprised with a living room full of balloons, a delicious cake and a bottle of champagne. We had a great time and I earned extra points thanks to Erik!! Definitely get the Royal Service package!

More Than What We Expected

Posted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: The incredible staff, beautiful grounds including an awesome beach, pool area and wonderful restaurants.
Cons: Have more than one restaurant offer breakfast..
This was mine and my wife's first trip to Mexico and it was almost perfect (we got sunburned the first day and it was only a three day trip). The food was incredible at Fuego with a mango gazpacho that had a green onion marscapone. The beef tenderloin with pearl onions and red wine reduction were so good that my wife wanted to go a second night and enjoy it againand George & Juan were fantastic servers. Vento (tapas restaurant) was very good and Leonard was an amazing server. Naos (the buffet) was OK, better than most. At the pool bar, Oscar was awesome. He made us an "Oscar" shot and it looked so good that everyone around us starting ordering it as well. Can't remember what was in it but that is the point, isn't it? The last day we hung out on the beach and had Jose as our server. Amazingly we were never able to finish a drink because we had a new one before we could finish the first. Truly a trip to remember and Paradisus met and exceeded our expectations. With the friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and wonderful restaurants we are already planning our next trip and can't wait.

Royal service was magnificent

The hotel is beautiful . This beach has to be one of the best in Cancun. We stayed in tower 5 royal service ocean view. The hotel staff is incredible, pleasant friendly and very accommodating. Juan was our personal butler. He was the best. The staff at the restarants and bar areas were wonderful. I can't wait to go back.

Perfect

Posted Sep 28, 2014
It was our babymoon. Hubby and I are the relaxing type. We like vacations where we explore and sight see all day. But since I'm 5 months pregnant the choice of hotel was important. Glad we chose Paradisus. Food and service were spectacular. Beache was nice. Didn't need to fight for anything but I think we went at a time when kids are back in school. We had 8 nights and trier different restaurant every night. Repeated 1 night at Fuego, our favorite. Buffet lunch was always good. We did Chichen Itxza 1 day but the rest were at the beach. Wish we did more bit this was just beach and eat trip :)
