“Comfortable and close to bus station”

Great location for taking the ADO buses (which are cheap, prompt, and comfortable themselves). Not much around but had no problem finding a grocery store and a couple restaurants. No problems with noise or anything else.

“Nice Place, good price”

This is a very nice place. It has a hacienda look about it and is well done and well cared for. The lobby area is open with a high ceiling and decorated with some huge chunks of rough marble. The pool area is also well done and they serve food adjacent to it. Its a sort of mini resort. The only limitation is that it is in an odd location. While only a 5-10 minute walk to the main street (Tulum), its in a sort of office/residential area. So if you are into the party scene, look elsewhere.

“Would Definitely Stay Again”

Overall, the hotel and prices were excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the downtown Cancun restaurants on Yaxchilan Avenue, a 2-minute walk to Tulum Avenue to catch the bus (the best way to get around). All staff (desk, room, restaurant) were professional and pleasant. The in-room safe is great; easily fits a notebook computer. WiFi is available free in the hotel core; cable connections in the room. Only downside: rooms are tiled floor and lamps use the energy-saving flourescent bulbs making it not a warm, cozy affect. Other than that, excellent place.

Attentive, cheerful staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast buffet. Other food was moderate but wait staff excellent.

The Radisson was a very pleasant surpirse and a good value. Very clean, confortable, and a great staff. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable room in Cancun.

“On a budget? Best place to stay!”

If you are on a budget, this hotel is the best place to stay. The rooms were clean, the service was impressive, and the staff were very helpful. The kids and I rented scooters, jet skies, and an ocean tour. For the price to stay near the central district, you can travel by bus and safe a few dollars. We sent the majority of our time on the beach and relaxing at local restaurants.

“Fun and relaxed in Downtown Cancun”

A good location for a very nice and comfortable hotel in downtown Cancun with great swimming pool and easy access to city. Away from hype of hotel street.

“Radisson- can't go wrong”

Easy walk to downtown Cancun shops/restaurants. Clean,well-maintained pool in a relaxing garden setting,lots of sun during the day. Rooms were basic, but clean. Mattresses on the firm side but sleep was no problem. We had view of garden/pool area. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Bar-restaurant clean, well-appointed and good basic food. Taxis available right out front. No refrigerator or microwave in room, had coffee maker, bottled water,coffee tea. We stayed for one night till our time share was ready next day. I would use this facility again and recommend to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Cancun.
