No me gusto que llegue al hotel y ni si quiera te ofrecen una botella de agua en la habitación llegue tarde al hotel tenía que tomar una medicina y me dijieron que tenían una tienda pero estaba cerrada

Disappointing on Expedia’s part that the room I booked showed all ocean view rooms of the club suite but the room I got was Lagoon view. Disappointing because many of the rooms say “lagoon view” so I did not book a lagoon view room. I booked a room with all of its photos showing a view of the ocean but that’s not what I got. And when I checked in, they said it’s not their fault, it’s expedias.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 night. I highly recommend it. It is located in the beginning of the hotel zone, very close to the airport. If you don’t like big waves you can walk 10 minutes to the very beginning of the strip - there is a nice beach with no waves, it’s protected by rocks. Also, the beach in front of the hotel is really nice. The room was very clean, and people who work here were nice. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s clean, safe, with a nice beach, and in a great location. The breakfast was good for that price (it was bit included when I was booking the room). There are many families with kids in this hotel, so it’s better for families. Also, it is not a very big hotel - if you like a cozy vibe. We really enjoyed staying here.

I love the beach. Club Regina has one of the nicest. The building may not be the most modern but it is clean, quiet and just what I wanted. The dinning room was lacking in the menu but the food was good. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

There was confusion about the suite I reserve and the options I got was to look at what they call the garden wich was a sad terrace that you couldn’t open and a view of the lagoon wich was more a view of the rd, no other options even contacting Expedia, they need to be more honest about the suite you are getting.ones there the people are very friendly.one thing is that by the time you get to the pool and beach all the chairs have being taking by towels and no people there so is hard to find a place to lay down

I really love the peoperty! Nice, clean, The buffet breakfast was delicious, My room didn’t have a nice view (maybe cause I mention I was from Mty) its like they ask you where you visit us from? And then they decide what room you’re going to get, But overall it’s a great hotel!

The property was below our standard and the pictures were quite misleading. We purchased a room that had an ocean view and instead were put in a dungeon-like, dark room in the basement with no view. When we confronted the front desk staff with what we actually paid for versus what we got we were told they were booked. Expedia noted that a $14 local tax would be collected at the property. This turned out to be approximately $85. The staff struggled to explain the nature and amount of the charge. I would not stay here again.

Beach access is great and airport distance. Service is not good, I had to enter the kitchen to get the attention of the waiters to be seated. Same thing to get my check and pay. The building could do a renovation. I stayed on a ground floor room and had the view of the entrance gate. Not so secluded. My room got a sewage smell.

Property is old and can use some updates. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Should be replaced by a regular bed. Housekeeping service is not satisfactory. Maintenance crew responds promptly and is helpful. Stove was not working and dishwasher had issues when we checked in. Kitchen amenities are poor.

Our suite was wonderful
Large suite with kitchen and jacuzzi. A/C worked well. Quiet and comfortable. At the end of the bus line, so very convenient to get to anywhere. Nice walks along the beach despite the wind.

Even though this property has been around for over 35 years, the rooms hold up well and the service is excellent. Christian, Erik, Jaime, and Jesus helped make our stay enjoyable with addressing certain issues. Pool area and rooms are being updated, so come with an open mind and understanding that positive changes are coming and this resort is trying to provide exellent service to its guests.

I showed up and there was no one around for hours. Rain was inside the hotel and there was no electricity for nearly 48 hours. This hotel is in poor condition, badly managed and needs a generator. I would t recommend this to my worst enemy

I like the property very much, everything was as expected. Staffs were very friendly. Only think I didn't like, they didn't provide the ocean view room which I was committed by Expedia when I book the trip. They told ocean view rooms are only for members but not for guests.
