“The best, friendly and cleanest small hotel in downtown Cancun...WeI will be back!”

The hotel was in a great location, right where the action is! In the heart of downtown Cancun - Very quite and so clean! Very modern and just restored! We had a room with balcony, overlooking the swimming pool -Very nice restaurants around from cheap (but excellent mexican food) to elegant and more expensive (but even better food!), very safe, friendly people, near stores, pharmacy etc... the hotel had also very convenient and secured parking facility! The best! Great choice!

“Cancun Ramada -great hotel and good location for getting to airport”

Ramada Inn Cancun was a beautiful hotel in a good central location to get transportation to the airport. It was new and elegant and everything was clean and just perfect. It was my last night in Mexico and what a pleasant surprise. I would certainly book this hotel for my departure flight again. The staff were very courteous and kind to me. They were probably the best that I had in my stay in Mexico. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Rooms were very comfortable. They had airCon. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location with the Mexican local restaurants and night life around you. Felt like real Mexico as opposed to the Americanised hotel zone. Close to the city bus station.

I thought the Ramada Inn in Cancun was a lovely ,well run hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms.They should be commended on their excellent service.

This was a great hotel for our one night stay. In the heart of downtown Cancun, close to market 28, plenty of restaurants in the area.

Nothing proactive except asking for tips. You have to understand this is also a typical request when you come to Cancun. But if you just want to lodge in comfortable hotel at affordable price, this one is acceptable. The hotel location is fine and close to a big local market for souvenior.

“Worth the money”

Decent hotel. In the middle of lot of very good restaurants. Only problem is, you hear lot of noise in the night (from the near by night club). If you stay back of the hotel, I think there will be less noise.

“One of the Best in Downtown Cancun”

This is the third time a booked a room in this hotel. The first time when it was the old Margaritas Hotel, then not as pleasant as it is today but it worked for me because of its location, right in the middle of downtown and close to everything (except the beaches). Very convenient location like 4 blocks from the ADO bus station with easy connection to airport, places of interest and many towns for one days trips. The second time it was closed for remodeling and they transferred my reservation to the Radisson at no additional cost, not far from this location but a little farther than what I wanted to be. A 4-star hotel for the price of a 3-star, no complains. This time a found it under Ramada name, totally renovated. Very nice surprise, upgraded everything, beds, flat screen TV's and great bathrooms. A little priced but worth the money. If you are looking for a decent place to stay away from the resorts of the Hotel Zone and close to the real Mexico, this is it. Close to restaurants, public markets, shopping, parks and night clubs where the locals go. Looking to relax on the beach and more upscale places, this is not for you. I know what I'm saying, I'm from Vegas.
