Most memorable Vacation.Posted Apr 16, 2015
I would recommend this resort to any one. We went there with our kids 5 and 2, they loved it as much as we are. Very good food, nice staff, nice entertainment, and nice white sand beach.

Overall, it was pleasing...Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: The staffs are excellent
Cons: Offer free wifi/room services
Location: The resort is close to the airport. Most convenience transp.(R1&R2) buses run 24 hrs stop by most of the hotels
Wifi: This resort does not offer FREE wifi..as a foreigner that's a troublesome. My friends and I stayed there for 5 days without wifi and not able to communicate with friends and family in the U.S ( of course, its diff if you pay the surcharge). Even Starbucks and McDonald's in the local area offer customers Free wifi Staffs: The staffs are super duper friendly. They are polite and always carry smiley faces. The receptionist who checked me in wasn't look friendly at all. She only handed me a brochure that generally explain the activities. Food: Foods are standard, its eatable in most part. The resort has a restaurant called "Marco Polo"- offers quality dishes compare to the other restaurants. Foods/Drinks are all inclusive as promised. BTW, they don't have room services. Some hotels may offer currency exchange for foreigners, but not this one. Addition advise: exchange some when arrived at the airport and then go to the local currency exchange place for a higher rate. Room: we have a ocean view deluxe room for 3 of us. the room has ONE big King size Bed. The receptionist didn't tell us when checking in that they are going to put an extra full size bed to the room. We were shocked when came back from outside seeing the new extra rooming. In other hands, it was very thoughtful and we thanks them.

Royal Solaris is the perfect place to stay.Posted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Helpful service, clean beach and facilities, great food, nice/clean rooms/facility, daily entertainment, quick check-in/out.
Cons: Make more pizzas by the pool so there is no wait (20 minutes sometimes). Add exhaust fans in bathrooms. Better blowdryers.
Location: Hotel provides entertainment during the day and early evening. Pool and beach are great. Parasailing, night clubs and other excursions are available.
Second year at this hotel. Overall - friendly, helpful service. The whole place is kept clean, including the beach. Rooms are nice. Both kind and double rooms have a Murphy bed. There is daily maid service. Food is great, with lots of variety. We love the outdoor buffet by the beach/pool area. Wait staff are great, although a little less attentive than last year in the indoor dining area. Didn't do daytime entertainment, but it's available. Nighttime entertainment was fun and engaging, though ends early. Lobby bar has some entertainment, but is small. Tours, parasailing and other fun is available for a fee. Took the bus into town for $1 each way, to Market 28 to shop. Waiters come by on the beach regularly to take drink orders. Massages on the beach for $40, just down from the hotel (hotel offers them also, but for more). You can keep busy or just relax. Internet service is available for a daily fee, though we don't use it. Balcony rooms are nice if you can get one. We switched rooms midweek to get one and the balcony room had robes, slippers and other niceties in the bathroom that weren't in our regular room. Sunrise is on the ocean side and those rooms overlook the pool area. It's humid and can get hot, so you want windows closed during the day. We open one slightly at night to hear the waves, but leave the air conditioning on. There was nothing critical that went wrong or wasn't right. This is a great place to stay and very affordable.

NicePosted Apr 14, 2015
Cons: Beach parties and games at the beach
I think most distinctive factor was customer service I was very pleased with their attention to detail cleanness and kindness and willingness to help,,great entertainment quality wise , and diversified program,,,one thing I would pay attention is organizing more events at the beach and and sweeping pool like games more music .

Great hotel for the pricePosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The nightly shows were all entertaining and the food was better than average for an all inclusive.
Cons: The rooms could be updated a little.
Location: There are so many things to do in the hotel's vicinity! From relaxation to adventure sports...and everything in between!
My mom and I spent a few days at the resort over spring break. We were extremely impressed with how often the resort was being cleaned and the friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable!

Wonderful staff and experience.Posted Apr 13, 2015
Everything went without a hitch. Staff was great, room pretty good, food was good and beach and pool were terrific! Will return, just remember to say no to the timeshare offer so as to not waste time!

Would not recommendPosted Apr 13, 2015
Rooms are very old and out dated. We wanted to upgrade the room and they told us we can't do that. Next day one of the staff allowed us to upgrade only if we paid another $50 extra per night. Wi-Fi is not included and is very expensive if you want to purchase per day... but then the Wi-Fi signal doesn't even work in the room (had to go to the lobby to use our phones). Pool was over crowded and loud music was blaring all day. The only good thing was the beach and the food. Would. It recommend this place for the price we paid.
