Royal Solaris Cancun Resort, Marina & Spa -All Inclusive

Good food, staff was great, rooms need updating. The shows were spectacular every night. Would go back again.

Food was bad period needs to upgrade on food and it rain most of the trip but hotel staff was nice tour people over aggressive though

I visited this hotel with my husband and 3 year old daughter. We had an amazing time without spending a lot of money. The staff is great!...My daughter had a lot of fun in the mini club...The entertainment at the pool could be improved, but overall they kept us entertained. Hana was one of the staff members from the entertainment group, she was very good...The guys at the bar kept my husband very happy. lol...There is a little pizza stand by the pool area where they prepare fresh pizza. The mediterranean one was very tasty. My favorite part of the hotel were the pools. I would recommend this hotel to others who are trying to have fun in a clean hotel without spending a lot.

The staff of this low average all inclusive hotel are great. It is a dated place and the drinks are of very poor quality. Don't expect a decent mixed drink of any kind. If Beer is your drink then not as much of an issue. The food is average for an all inclusive. You get what you pay for at this hotel. Budget based equals budget experience but the beach is nice. AC worked well and room service was good. Lots of kids and locals here.

Great hotel fun activities and super family oriented. Such a great locat just a 15 minute ride from the airport. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff not much friendlier than someone you would encounter on the street. 15 dollar a day wifi is terrible, food was sub par . Pizza was my meal for the week at hotel. I would never all inclusive in Mexico again because of this experience . Staff really should be re-evaluated on gaining customer loyalty as the crew here is weak.

Wait staff was extremely welcoming and attentive during all of stay from meals to poolside. Very close to downtown and shopping plazas- take the local bus that passes by every 5 minutes very safe*

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and I must say that this time was even better than the last time. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and we couldn't wait to go back to Cancun because we had so much fun the last time. The only reason I rated the overall experience a 4 is because there were some maintenance issues (minor): it seemed like the floors/room were always humid/wet and there were leaks in the ceiling of the dinning area. But other than that, we enjoyed the variety of food, the friendly and outgoing staff, the kid's club, the pool/activities, the beach and the nightly shows/lobby music. We were surprised to meet so many awesome people (we called them our crazy Mexican friends:)) I highly recommend this hotel!

This resort is nice because it is not overwhelming; everything is within a nice distance from other activities. The pool area was impressive since it was always clean and I found it to be very kid-friendly. The indoor buffet always had a great selection with different "theme" foods (italian, BBQ, etc.) We also like the location since it is close to the airport.
