If there was one thing that made the experience over the top was the hotel staff. They always had a smile on their faces, very polite, and accomodating.

Very new, modern hotel. Food was the best I have ever had at an all inclusive resort!! The only thing it lacked was a swim up bar! Blanca was the best pool side waitress! The only food that wasn't superb was from the American Sports Bar. I would definitely recommed this to friends!

“Great Stay At The Vine Cancun”

We had a great time at this Adults Only resort. The place is really nice. Not your typical Cancun resort, very modern, with a Vegas feel to it. The resort has a lot of new design features that sometimes get in the way, like the lighting controls. Also the shower in the room is glass and you can see the person in the shower from the room. Overall a great place, would stay again.

“Adults Only Escape!”

LOVED IT! My only comment is that they need more of a variety of music for nightly entertainment. One night was to feature live jazz, but instead, we had to listen to 80s rock, again! For those who seek more of a mellow tone, walk 3 hotels down to the Ritz Carlton for great live jazz. Also, the Preferred Pool area offers a more laid back vibe. But, The Vine is without question the chicest spot on the strip with excellent cuisine and a hard working, super friendly staff. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is brand new. The room I got was huge with a great balcony and a beautiful wet area with double shower. The staff is amazing, the food is great and the drinks are good quality. The pools are very pretty and heated. I had a wonderful time and if I go back to Cancun someday I will certainly choose this hotel again.

The week spent in this hotel was one of the most wonderful experience. Starting with the hotel as an ensamble of complex amenities, the restaurants, food and beverages, fitness facilities, polls, services and the cleanleness of outside areas, holways and the hotel rooms, everything was at the superlative. You can add the friendliness of all the personnel of any level. In addition, there are a lot of daily activities, and shows that make your vacantion here one very hard to forget. A perfect transportation from and to airport adds a "big" plus to all of the above. Congratulations!

Awesome boutique resort located in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone. Immaculate and beautiful with attentive staff. Delicious food and great bar service. Lovely views - beach & pool areas were wonderful & not overcrowded. Our second Secrets vacation & would go again without hesitation.

food, service , grounds all beautiful. It was odd that they had no real christmas decorations probably too new to have them ready. Went up to see the preferred bar and pool nothing out of the ordinary,certainly not worth any extra cost. That's due in part because of how good everything else was in the rest of the property.
