We recently stayed at Casa De Los Seunos and we loved it. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place away from the crowds of Cancun. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the hotel was beautiful. Our room had a great view of the pool and the ocean but was a little close to the lobby for my liking. We were able to use the kayaks and snorkel gear for free and the front desk helped us find anything else we needed on the island. They booked us a trip to swim with the whale sharks, a couples massage and called for taxis when we wanted to venture into town.

"Nice hotel. Close to beach. The staff was awesome."
My husband and I had the best time. Beside the rain which held us up at the resort just for a couple of days .It was our first time in Cancun and we can't wait to come back. The beach and sand were breath taking.

My wife and I visited this hotel, the beach is awesome and the service in the hotel great. Your best bet is to take the All Inclusive Package, you get great food and premium drinks.
If you don’t take the all-inclusive be aware that “menu “prices are really high. The extra charge for all inclusive is about 100 dollars per night. If you are planning to eat and drink the whole day at the hotel you will easily spend more than 100 dollars a day. So take the All inclusive.

I had the best time at na balaam. Something about it felt like home. This hotel is organically blended with the natural environment around it! The hammock on my balcony overlooking the pool was the most relaxing part of the evenings! The staff are completely friendly and truly care about their guests. I was a solo traveler and everyone at the hotel knew me by name and helped me in every way possible! This is NOT a party hotel, it is a relaxing retreat. The rooms don't have phones or televisions, but zazil the restaurant does. If you're looking for a loud, party, exciting hotel this is not for you... this is an oasis - a paradise IN paradise. I am a nursing school student and have a crazy life - I needed to get away from everything and everyone and this was my eden. Simple, classic, beautiful.

Although the air conditioning could have been a little cooler at night, our stay was totally relaxing. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we asked for, treating us like royalty.
