Sun Palace Couples Only All Inclusive

“AMAZING!!!!”

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and it was unbelievable. The Sun Palace looks just like the pictures, the beach is amazing and the hotel service was great! They met any needs we had or requests. They were always willing to serve. The room service was also amazing! We are definitely going back as soon as we can!!!

If you want to get away and have great food excellent service and a extermely clean facility, then this would be the place for you!! The whole no children all adults atmosphere made it perfect for a romantic getaway!

“Honeymooners--Stay Here!!”

This was the best service we could have gotten! We were welcomed with a glass of champagne, our luggage was taken to the room by the time we got there. This was our honeymoon, so we got a lot of extra perks that were really nice. All the restaurants were really good. There was 24-hour room service, and we used it almost every day! The pools were quiet. This being a couples-only, there are no kids running around or taking up the pool. The service was great! Everything that we asked for was on time. The tours that were included were amazing! We did Chichen-Itza, Isla Mujeres, and Wet N' Wild--swim with dolphins. The all-inclusive is just what it sounds like, although it is hard to believe. The ocean view was magnificent. We are already planning our trip for next year!

This was our second year at Sun Palace. We love it and can't wait until next year! Highly suggest staying there!

Sun Palace was everything we were looking for. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and attended to all of our needs. The facility was beautiful and very clean. The beach was beautiful as well. Another perk was free calls back to the United States and Canada. This was very nice for us, with three young children at home. We would definitely recommend Sun Palace for a relaxing get away.

I have been to some very exquisite hotels in my lifetime and Sun Palace ranks pretty close to those with the exception of maybe the lobby. Who cares what the lobby looks like anyway! It is kind of plain, but who cares! The service was the best that I have ever experienced. The restaurants are outstanding, the room service phenomenal. The beach service excellent. Need an umbrella, need a chair, want me to carry your towels, how about a drink or something to eat? They are on it. Fantastic. Can not say enough good things about Sun Palace in Cancun. And clean, wow is it clean!

I took my husband for his 50th birthday and we had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was big enough to satisfy all your needs but small enough to feel cozy. This was the best vacation we ever had and we've been to a lot of places.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and we were treated very well from check-in to check-out. The staff is wonderful, fun, helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved that this was a smaller resort with adults only. It was great to not have any kids running around on our honeymoon. The Oriental restaurant isn't overly wonderful and service is on the slow side but nothing too bad. Also, the nightly entertainment leaves something to be desired but as I said, the staff is so great and fun loving that it makes up for it. I would recommend this resort to anyone planning an all inclusive vacation. We will definitely return.
