They could really have a great thing here!

Posted Apr 16, 2014
However, they ruin it for a lot of people by trying to pressure them into buying time shares! :( poor choice on their part! The food was outstanding, the entertainment was great, but the sales pressure was very unwelcome, unexpected for a paid for vacation, and most unwanted!!!

Fun for adults

Posted Apr 14, 2014
We went intending on going out a couple of nights to sr frogs or another club but there was so much going on at the resort there was no need to leave They kept us entertained, fed and drinks filled. They live up to the rumors " it's spring break for adults ". Already planning our next trip!!

Amazing

I was originally supposed to stay at Oasis Sens. Once I arrived I was informed that they over booked us and that there were no rooms. Oasis Sens tried to transfer us to one of thier sister hotels Oasis Palms and I refused because that's not what I paid for and it was a family resort, unlike Oasis Sens which was an adult only resort. I called expedia and demanded to be relocated and so they did. As soon as you walk into the Temptation the staff receives you with warm smiles and welcoming arms. The check in was smooth, went to our room and it was all the way in the back of the hotel it felt far from everything, we stood there for one night and then we asked to switch rooms and they switched us with no problem. We became members the next day and upgraded to VIP. We loved the hotel that much. The resort has 3 pools with 3 different themes. If you want to just relax, or hang out, or just be sexy. Anything goes, and if you have an open mind, this resort will be perfect. The beach is right off the pool deck. Beautiful views. One thing that can get better could probably be the food variety, besides that everything was perfect. Jose the butler that got assigned to us was the sweetest man ever! His name is Luis! He went above and beyond for us.

Don't come here!!!!

This was the worst resort we have ever been to. The staff was rude, the food was horrible (we actually lost weight from not eating) and the accommodations were dingy and we even upgraded to a suite. If you want a better time stay at motel six

Extortion

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Activities
Cons: updating of the resort
Location: Beaches
Charged me double for bringing a guest for only a few hours and would not let me check out until I paid what they wanted me to pay.

Glad this was not our first trip to Cancun

Pros: Quiet pool bar had a great bartender thanks Herbert
Cons: Staff could be a little friendlier, more helpful and less pushy. Maids could be trained not to remove anything from the room until the guest leaves.
Location: Location was great could get to anywhere by bus in a short period of time
Although I can not prove it the maid took one dollar and 11 pesos from the dresser and a bag of cashews the money I may understand but my cashews? The concierge was extremly pushy about us going on the welcome tour almost to the brink of being rude in their own words NO means NO. people pounding on the door at 1:00 AM, had my chair taken from the first floor balcony after asking three times to have it replaced it never happened. went to the Italian resturant and ordered the Veal it was tough and inedible no one even asked why I did not eat the veal. The seafood restaurant was great had three meals their and all were great. Breakfast at the buffet was ok but dinner not so good.

2-day stay...

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Fun pool, pretty good food and lots of it. Strong drinks. Opportunity to be topless. What's not to like about that?
Cons: Rooms needed some freshening up, design-wise. Time for a little remodeling. The WiFi system was archaic and terrible. It is 2014, people. Fix it.
Location: Didn't take advantage of this.
We had a great time. Staff was overall friendly and helpful, especially the pool staff.
