“Best Hotel in Cancun”
A very pleasant stay. Stayed four nights and it was pleasing that the staff remembered us from our first day of arrival. It's the little things that count. The food ordered via room service was excellent. The best breakfast buffet! Beds were extremely comfortable, room size was adequate, and a massive selection of in-room entertainment(movies, games)available. First Rate Hotel with First Rate Staff!
The Ritz Carlton Cancun is exactly what you would expect from a Ritz property. It was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was great. We were celebrating my wife's 50th b'day and at every turn, even the pool attendant, they were wishing her a happy birthday and making her day special. We got a great package that included the breakfast buffet which was first class and a daily resort credit so the stay was a really good value. The Grill Room, I believe that was the name of their top end restaurant, was very nice, elegant and very special. We can't wait to go back.
“Top-Notch Ritz Experience”
Most people who stayed at any Ritz-Carlton are impressed by the way this company conducts its business, which truly puts it in a category of its own - far, far above any other hotel chain. Our stay in Cancun was no different. More that that, although I have stayed at fancier looking Ritz resorts in the past, the human factor of this Ritz vacation overshadows any and all of my past experiences. My family and I felt like royalty - from the moment we stepped into their SUV at the airport and until we were dropped off there for a return flight. All of our needs and wants were catered to - by all staff absolutely without exception - with a warm smile, caring attitude, and meticulous attention to detail that has consistently exceeded all of our expectations. We were so pleased with our experience at Ritz-Carlton Cancun that as soon as I got back home, I cancelled vacation scheduled at another Ritz in December and booked another trip to the one in Cancun. Highly recommended, without any reservations.
“Ritz in Cancun”
If you're traveling to Cancun, the Ritz is the place to be if you can make it happen. From day one, the service was amazing and I cannot think of one example where it did not meet or exceed my expectations. All rooms truly have an ocean view--you are not being deceived. Great hotel and great service. Location is good--the beach is still pretty good and there are restaurants within walking distance outside the hotel. I would have a hard time staying elsewhere if I return to Cancun in the near future.
“The name says it all!”
We had a wonderful weekend at the Ritz. The staff is great and the service is exceptional. The hotel is very classy and above anything else the Ritz really goes out of it's way to make you feel very special. The detail in everything they do is wonderful. Nice beach and very romantic on the beach dining is great.
“Live like a queen for a week”
This is our #1 choice for Cancun. If you enjoy being pampered with delicious food, a beautiful beach, and impeccable service you must stay here. Staff knows you by name and truly anticipates your needs. Beach waiter service is fabulous. Every room has an ocean view because there are no rooms facing the lagoon side. Gym has been remodeled since the hurricane and boasts wonderful new equipment including a classic Pilates reformer. This is a smaller hotel with a plush homey feel. Many people shy away from the Ritz because they think they can't afford such luxury, but packaged with air this property is a wonderful value and a beautiful experience.
“lives up to its reputation”
Its the Ritz, so you go in expecting only the best. And true to their five star claim - from the minute you arrive, you can feel that your experience there will be different from other hotels. The service start to finish was phenomenal. The food was excellent, and the resort offers plenty "relax-by-the-beach" charm, so you can just sit back and let them pamper you. Of course, its a bit pricey, but you dont go to a place like this expecting bargain deals, and in the end, you do get what you pay for.
“World Class Service”
We stayed on the club level. My wife and I have stayed at five star hotels many times in many different places. Before Cancun there were two that we returned to time and time again, and now there will be three. The service from every member of the staff was world class.
