this is not an all inclusive!!!

Cons: Not letting Expedia book this resort.
Location: We ate a lot of fish tacos as they were about $1.50 each.
This was presented as an all inclusive it was expensive and we ate out at a grocery store most of the stay. When we weren't tipping the staff they ignored us. $60.00 for breakfast was rediculous!!!

Old pool furniture The pool was dirty in the kids area, I didn´t want my son to go in the pool because of it The pool umbrelas are old and they could not be open if it was windy for security reasons, so there was no shade around the pool if we wanted some

As you mention, we are currently in the process of upgrading all of this furniture and we are replacing the old style of furniture with the new materials as we receive them. On those rare days where strong breezes make it unsafe for us to open the large beach umbrellas, we maintain our primary concern for the safety of our guests and we do keep the umbrellas closed until the winds drop. Would highly recommend this hotel. This is not a party hotel. It's where Adults go to relax and be taken care of, in every way possible. Just wonderful relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Great hotel, only the incidental costs let it down

Had a lovely week's stay. Really enjoyed the hotel, even though it was very busy. The concierge service is excellent, they helped us greatly with dinner reservations in the area and to contact our airline who lost my husband's luggage. This took 4 days to arrive and the concierge were so helpful and understanding. Our main issue was the incidental costs. Paying for wifi feels a bit dated now as it is an essential part of modern life. We paid a lot of money for this over the week we were there. Secondly, the charges for using facilities such as tennis are ridiculous. My daughter booked an half hour of tennis and it cost $50!! We were really shocked by this and did make our feelings known to the management as we would have used these facilities more often if the cost was reasonable. Hiring a tennis racket for $10 each for 1/2 hours seems steep and they must be making a huge profit on this - if people actually are prepared to pay. Food and drink were very expensive but good quality so we don't mind paying when service is good too. I was slightly offended when my daughter signed for a drink and a waiter tried to get her to give a tip when she felt the service had been very slow at the pool. Otherwise everything was great. Management did eventually take our concerns on board after a lengthy discussion and gave us a slight refund on internet and tennis. Finally there was confusion over our late check out, if these small issues could be ironed out, the hotel would be perfect!

Le falta mantenimiento a el hotel, las puertas de los baños no cierran bien. Las sillas de los balcones se les callo la pintura, la relacion costo beneficio es muy mala, no corresponde a un ritz-carlton
