This was a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. Hotel is definitely "kid friendly". Everyone was wonderful. Food in restaurants was well prepared and delicious. Room service was prompt with hot food hot and cold food cold. Lovely beach and pools and plenty of towels! Would highly recommend to others and definitely would stay here again!

Pros: The staff is excellent. The rooms are large with wonderful views. The gym and pool are excellent.
Cons: Charging for internet is unreasonable in this day and age. Especially when the internet quality was not that high.
Stayed here during Thanksgiving break. Wonderful hotel and staff.

The staff was best part, akwYs smiling, helpful, friendly with kids. Very nice rooms, akways cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Located on hotel strip in cancun, not great but one of best places to stay. Good restaurants in wLking distance. Drinks are quite expensive, food mediocre. But service makes it up. Ritz Carlton quality

Perfect 10 day getaway

Pros: Great staff that really tried to talk English (surprised at how many, particularly the wait staff, knew English)
Cons: One of the waiters at the pool closed my tab after 1 drink and even after I told him I was going to order lunch. Don't close tabs if you want business
Location: Great central location - close to the mall (wish it had more stores though) and nice new grocery store.
Outstanding service and staff! My expectations were met. Thank you, thank you.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Pros: Staff, facility layout and awesome pool.
Cons: Some areas of the common areas of the hotel are showing some age.
Location: Fish Fantaga local restaurant. Isle de Mujeres day trip.
Arrived on a Friday and had a romantic dinner our first night. Private Cabana at Casitias... Beautiful. Louis Phillipe was our waiter and was excellent at educating us about the facility and was more than helpful. Dinner at The Club Grill with chef Tyler Thaxton was beyond words. Make sure you eat here. Lounging at the beach was perfect. Sergio was our waiter and he was great. He provided us excellent "local" information and referred us to The Fish Fantanga. A bit of a walk for dinner but well worth it. The Ritz is in excellent condition and represents the old world charm. The staff is nothing short of perfect. They know your name the second you arrive until you leave. Whatever you want they will get it for you. Make sure to hire Lorenzo with the hotels private transportation. He makes the airport pickup and drop off a breeze. You and also request him for any type of tour or transportation away from the hotel. Make sure to visit the Dolphin Discovery. Worth every penny and we had a blast at Isla de Mujeres. A perfect way to spend the day.

Location: Good shopping
Our experience at the Ritz Carlton was extremely nice one. The staff were exceptional. The service at the pool and the beach were really good. The hotel has some few good restaurants that we felt no need to leave the hotel. The proximity of Isla mall is very convenient with good shopping albeit on the expensive side. All in all, highly recommended.

Enjoyed the service. This was an opportunity to truly disconnect and the hotel made it very easy. My only feedback would be the room service. The meals were tasty but not consistent and sometimes not hot. I would definitely return.

Das Ritz Carlton ist ein super Hotel. Alle Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Die poollandschaft sehr schön und vor allem gab es keine reservierten Liegen am frühen Morgen. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Wenn man wie wir nur Übernachtung gebucht hat, sollte man einen Mietwagen nehmen... oder man fährt gerne Bus. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es nichts zum ausgehen. Parken kostenlos. Kommen bestimmt wieder...

Excesivo en costos

Cons: Todo el servicio y que por lo menos los básicos ya se incluyan en el costo ejemplo internet hasta los hoteles más sencillos ya te lo incluyen
Location: Esta bien ubicado por lo menos puedes slair a comer a otros sitios para no caer en aburrición alimentaria
Es un hotel de prestigio en donde la comida es muy repetitiva mala presentación, el costo es excesivo y hay que estar atras de todos los meseros.
