Could be the jewel of Isla Mujeres

Pros: First and foremost, the staff. The small size (30ish rooms). Good food. Nice main pool area & loungers.
Cons: As mentioned, bathrooms need updated, hot tubs need removed or replaced and some work to the 2nd and 3rd pools.
Location: Isla Mujeres is the anti-Cancun. Relaxed and removed, it isn't going to party you to death, but it's really great for those looking to relax.
The hotel has the opportunity to redefine the all inclusive experience, with high quality restaurants and a great staff. The easiest way to define what needs work is that if it has water, it needs updated. The bathrooms in the rooms need some updates, with the showers specifically being in need of a refresh (and some tile work needing some rework). The hot tubs either need removed, rehabbed or replaced, noting that the water fountain features don't work with them either, and the pools need some rehab - the main pool has a fountain that doesn't run, the jetted salt water has some broken tiles and water features that don't work, with a.third pool that doesn't seem to have a way in or out. Now all of that said, you're probably hesitant, and that's just not accurate, as the staff makes this hotel and the experience. Everyone from the boat crew to the wait staff and even the housekeepers and maintenance team is superbly polite and hospitable. I felt like they were genuinely happy to have us as guests and appreciative of our tips (we do tip well, but only if/when quality service is received). Having stayed all over the Caribbean, and at a lot of high end places, I can tell you that there are finer rooms, but the view is hardly exceed (ask for the second or third floor), and the food is on par with many good a la carte restaurants (fresh food, made to order... anything but a "buffet" style). The spa was nice as well - we had 80 minute massages that were good.

Location: on island away from everything, booked for girlfriend who likes collecting sea glass
nice hotel with excellent amenities. I would consider it the nicest on island

clients connaissent le zoetry punta cana tres bien celui de isla mujeres pas du tout bien seule chose possitive à cet hotel la restauration mais tout le reste decevant la plage toute petit client ne reviendra pas dans cet hotel

Zoetry Villa Rolandi - boutique beach resort

Pros: Service and food was excellent! The pools were great along with the direct private beach. Very happy with the grounds. Rooms were nice and spacious
Cons: Need to fix the plumbing issues in the rooms.
Once we landed in Cancun we were immediately picked up by our driver, taken to the private yacht and off we go. This was all arranged by the hotel so very seemless. The car ride was about 20 min, and boat ride was about 25 min. Once we arrived our room was not ready so we changed clothes and headed to the pool. It took a few hours before our room was ready, but no biggie. The hotel has 35 rooms, 25 were booked when we were there. The resort is very boutique, sits right on the private beach, has 3 pools and a large heated hot tub. 2 restaurants. Given there are 35 rooms and only around 50-75 guest, you get the enjoy everything stress free. The pools are great, very pretty overlooking the ocean. The beach is about 75 yrds wide. Private. Really loved the 2 restaurants, one is open at night only and is 7 courses that change nightly, French. It was killer good. The other is an Italian inspired restaurant that does all 3 meal periods. The fish and pastas were great. Everything is scratch cooking and very fresh. The service everywhere on property was amazing. You become friends with the other guest and staff since it's so small, which was nice. LOVED IT! Areas that Zoetry will need to address: plumbing in the rooms. All guest has issues at some point with hot water, low water flow, toilet, or the hot tub in your room. It seems that Zoetry will need to address this quickly as it was annoying for many. We were luck and had to have our hot water adjusted once.

Wonderful Hotel, Food and Staff!

Pros: The food and size
Cons: Our hot tub wasn't working the best
Location: The island is small and it is easy/quick to get to town. We mostly stayed at the hotel, but one day rented a golf cart to explore the island.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Zoetry Villa Rolandi. The staff was so attentive, the weather was perfect and the food was amazing. We loved that this was a smaller hotel and that they had a boat that picked us up in Cancun. We were impressed with the food. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

Incredible location on west coast of the island.

Pros: We loved the personal yacht transportation from Playa Linda in Cancun to the resort dock. The food is exquisite. the infinity pool and ocean view.
Cons: The facilities need some minor maintenance and investment.
Location: Snorkeling, beach, dolphin watching, shopping, sunset cruises, etc.
This hotel is truly unique. We have stayed in beautiful resorts in many parts of the world. Villa Rolandi is in a class by itself. The quaintness, the location, the view of the ocean, the staff, and the food make this hotel one of the best ever. If you are looking for a romantic get-away, look no further than the Villa Rolandi on the island of Isla Mujeres.

Wonderful experience

Pros: The restaurants. The service.
Cons: The pool loungers were a little uncomfortable and need better cushions. The pool could use a heater (we stayed in January).
We had a fabulous 5 day vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You definitely want a room on the 2nd or 3rd floors. Both restaurants were very well managed and the quality of the food was outstanding, far superior to any other all-inclusive hotels you will stay at. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly.
