It's a lovely hotel, basic but very clean. Had issue with a noisy airconditioning unit but they changed my room. Staff very friendly and helpful especially with local restaurants and ones that offer discounts to Candiolo residence. Overall all a great stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel and once again i was very satisfied. Room was clean staff was very freindly and they had a great breakfast.

Good value.
Great value hotel that was ideal as a stop off for the night on a long drive. We had a nice warm welcome and the receptionist gave us directions and a recommendation for a couple of local restaurants. If you have a room at the rear you get a very nice view looking out towards the mountains.

Stopover hotel close to Turin
Nice staff, lots of parking and ok breakfast. Room looked nice but had a serious moisture problem (shower leaked all the way to bedroom). Due to this it was very hard to breath at night. We should have asked to change the room.

inexpensive but surprisingly comfortable
It is an out of town hotel with nothing of particular interest nearby, I wouldn't use it as a base to explore the area simply because it really is in the middle of nowhere! However, we were extremely happy with the Hotel Del Parco. It was immediately obvious that the hotel was family run and we were welcomed by the owner who spoke reasonable English and also French. The staff all spoke English to varying degrees but we had no problems conversing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated/furnished and the bathroom had all the expected fixtures and fittings. The restaurant lacked an evening ambiance as it looked more like a cafe and the menu was basic but the meals were amazing, great homecooked traditional italian food! The included breakfast was Italian-continental and there was plenty of choice. We parked our motorbike right at the front of the hotel on the secure car park which is covered extensively by cctv, we felt very safe. The only worry we had was that when we unfortunately got a little lost on the way to the hotel and discovered that it is definately in a most unsavoury part of town, despite being a very rural area you need to beware of almost naked prostitutes sitting on plastic chairs at the side of the roads around the area looking for business!

Stanza singola con ogni comfort, controllo della temperatura, frigo grande e freezer, microonde, fornelli elettrici, stoviglie e posate. Pulizia ok, letto comodo. In bagno però solo un tappetino e un asciugamano grande, servirebbe anche una dimensione media. Ed anche lo spegnimento della luce a comando, non a infrarossi perché il periodo di inattività dopo cui si spegne la lampadina è troppo lungo e la ventola gira fastidiosa per parecchi minuti. Colazione soddisfacente.

Personale della reception gentile, preparato, sempre col sorriso. Ha saputo accontentarci tempestivamente riguardo a due nostre richieste, relative alla camera. Colazione molto varia, per tutti i gusti. Un occhio anche per i celiaci, con prodotti a loro dedicati (e non è scontato!!!!). Personale addetto alla colazione: meraviglioso. Camera pulitissima, materasso e cuscini: supercomodi. Parcheggio gratuito dedicato. Per ora non si paga la tassa di soggiorno, in quanto il comune di Candiolo non lo prevede. Ottima base per raggiungere Torino, in 30 min di auto e la Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, in meno di 10 min Consigliatissimo!

5 stelle alla reception in quanto professionali, educati, sorridenti e attenti ad ogni bisogno. 4 stelle per la pulizia e l’igiene delle camere e dell’hotel. 0 stelle alle colazioni (ore 9.15 bancone vuoto! ) abbiamo dovuto chiedere 2 fette di prosciutto per un toast e una brioche. 0 stelle alle dipendenti delle colazioni, disinteressate , quasi scocciate alla richiesta di un cappuccio e le risatine dietro le spalle sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Abbiamo alloggiato più volte e non è mai cambiato nulla. Peccato! Non so se andremo più ..

Struttura nuova o comunque ben ristrutturata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione continentale con personale pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. L'unica pecca che si tratta di una struttura fuori mano e senza ristorante. Bisogna necessariamente spostarsi in auto per pranzare o cenare. Questo, comunque, non influenza l'ottimo giudizio dell'hotel.

Accueil convenable et personnel très gentille malgré la barrière de la langue. Séjour convenable et confortable malgré le lit supplémentaire qui était bancal. Pot accueil avec bouilloire et thé. Pas de café dommage pour ceux qui en boivent. SDB assez bruyante, petite lors de la mise en route de la climatisation. Nous nous attendons a une douche italienne Insonorisation à revoir car nous entendions le voisin. Sinon petit déjeuner complet pas de pain comme en France mais il y en avait qui ressemble à du pain de mie. A recommander pour un mini week-end.
