“Will return to this hotel”

For the price, comfort and location it was excellent....it was a few blocks walk to the palais de festival and beach, but worth it for the price and quality. Hotel staff were polite and eager to please and the hotel was very quiet and orderly. The full-size bed in our room was two twins combined and that could have been a bit more comfortable, but that was the only drawback. We already have plans to return on our next scheduled trip.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful even though from outside it might look small. Great breakfast layout, staff is very helpful.

“Boutique Hotel - very Nice”

We just got back from cannes. We stayed here 5 nights and we loved this little boutique hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgable about all the good locales, train stations, etc. The rooms are very modern and the air conditioning really works. It's cozy and very well maintained. we plan to go back next year and will stay at this same hotel. The beach is only a 5 to 10 minute walk. The only drawback is getting into the parking garage. A hair raising experience at best.

“Fantastic Hotel!!”

The Cezanne was a great place to stay. The guys running the place couldn't do enough for us and even gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which was nice! The hotel is very close to one of the busiest roads in Cannes, but we couldn't hear it at night and it didn't affect our stay at all. The hotel's location means an easy five minute walk gets you right into the town centre with a further five minutes to the beach. The private beach that you can use as a guest of the hotel is fantastic, although 15 Euros per person per day (well worth it though). Underground car park was also a massive bonus to us. Uber modern and very slick. Recommended.

“Great Value”

A 3-star hotel at a 2-star price. Hotel Cezanne is a small boutique hotel, with clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated rooms. Located about four to five blocks from La Croisette. We were passing through Cannes for a 2-day stay on our way from Aix-en-Provence to Nice. It was perfect for our needs. This hotel might not be the best bet for a beach vacation, as the rooms are somewhat small. But for tourists that would rather be out walking the town, it is an exceptional bargain.

“Great time at Cezanne, Cannes”

Very nice 28-room boutique Hotel in a quite area of Cannes. 800 meters from the beach and fantastic restaurants. Room was comfortable but like everywhere in Europe on the small size (hey, I wasn't there much other than sleeping).

“All good apart from cleaning times....”

This hotel is beautiful, very modern and the staff were welcoming. The discount on the private beach is a definite bonus. The hotel is near the main streets of Cannes, you just have to cross the Rue d'Alsace which is a big main road. From the bus stop walk along the sea front or the rue d'Antibes and then cut through rather than all the way down Rue d'Alsace which consists of a road, a railway line and some run down buildings - I was not optimistic about the hotel at that point! The hotel is very stylish and smart, but the breakfast is overpriced and not very good at all. Also, we arrived at 2pm, got told to come back at 3, then when the receptionist took us to the room it hadn't been cleaned yet. Not very professional. But we were offered a drink while we waited which was something at least. It seemed like quite a new hotel whose staff were still getting used to running it, but I would definitely stay again.

“Perfect location”

The hotel is perfectly situated. Just cross the street and within two blocks (by foot) you are on the Croisette! Cezanne is very modern, with good showers and airconditioning (often lacking in French hotels). They have their own beach, C-Beach, which is great with very comfortable beds, where you can spend a lazy afternoon reading and sleeping. Definitely will go back!

Hotel is situated approx. 10mins walk from the Crosiette/front and fairly central, although you have to cross a major road (easy) to get there. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Rooms are comfortable although the TV had only a few channels (only MTV in English) and the Mini-bar was quite expensive. The room service menu is fairly restricted (I think they only have a very small kitchen and some of the food is from outside catering). Breakfast is expensive for the standard of hotel (17 Euro P/P). We have stayed at many hotels in Cannes over the years and would say that, overall, this one is good value for money and well located for the major central area.
