“Refined Hotel”

A very well located upmarket hotel 200m outside the main town centre - easy walking to the resort which has extensive choice of restaurants either on the beach or in the centre Hotel provides excellent service- via the concierge/reception staff/serving staff - as you might expect the hotel is not cheap in terms of add on costs for breakfast/dinner/and beach facilities eg beds/towels/water sports - but views from the verandah and beach are stunning

we were delighted with the amenities of the hotel and the good quality of food and the staff of the hotel.A small but excellent hotel in all aspects.Situated on the sea with good sandy beaches we can't wait to go back.All amenties are within a five minute walk with good local resturants etc.,

Beautiful art deco hotel in a perfect location. Expensive but the view from a sea view room is worth paying the extra for if you can afford it.

“The personal hotel”

In forty years of visiting this coast, the Belles Rives is my favourite of the 5 star hotels. It is small, built right on the sea, has the best view of the sunset on the Med from its terrace,and has the air of being run by a family company (as it is) and not by some faceless hotel chain. The staff are invariably warm, helpful and efficient. The only fault is that it has the near ubiquitous buffet breakfast, the appearance of which in good hotels seems inexorable. If you want echoing marbled foyers, with ill- staffed reception desks 100 yards from the entrance, 'How did we do?' cards in every room and worldwide booking with identical places on tap, this is not for you. If you want the feel of how good hotels used to be, it is.

“Romantic getaway!”

Hotel Belles Rives is a real gem! It is romantic with an incredible location, it has full of character and very luxurious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, sheets change everyday and the food is excellent! The only let down for us was the strong wind but I guess that is expected in April!

“AWESOME HOTEL - OUTSATNDING STAFF”

Spent 12 days in deluxe room and 3 days in superior room in this hotel. Full marks to the hotel and staff. I go to south of France almost every other month and used to stay in different places. The only place I have stayed twice is Belles Rives. Make sure you get the right room. There is a big superior room on the first floor or room number 79 or the one below that in the tower section if you choose deluxe. This really matters for the view. Do no pick the top floors.

“Lovely spot!”

What a lovely sight when you walk into the lobby -there is a wonderful view across the terrace bar to the sea. The hotel is just far enough away from the centre of Juans les pins to give you peace and quiet and a sense of being away from it all. The prices for food and drinks at the hotel is pretty high so I would recommend popping down the road to the local cafes.

“Excellent location - will return”

Excellent location. Food was delicious at dinner on the terrace or lunch by the sea. Slightly object to paying for sunbeds and towels and the breakfast was pricy. Overall had a fabulous few days with perfect weather and will definitely return.

“Not Impressed at all”

I wasn't impressed at all with the quality of this hotel. They are living in the past, and the fact that they are near the water. Scott and Ella fitzgerald are infused into every piece of detail of this hotel. For the price paid, I expected the full deal; balcony and spacious room and bathroom, and great bed. The shower was tiny, the bedspread was worn, the room was right next to the elevator. I was on my honeymoon and my husband and I joked that we got the elevator and weelchair accessible special. The quality of the bed left a LOT to be expected as well. Not a repeat, at all.
