Pros: Room view!
Location: 5 minutes drive to Mougins.
We had a wonderful room overlooking the swimming pool and garden which I would ask for as many rooms don't have a good view. Lovely, peaceful hotel and I think it is romantic in the evenings in the garden! Be aware to book the restaurant for dinner as it was always full,it should have been said to book from the start! The staff were helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were expensive however what we ate and drank was delicious! We took our 16 month old son and he loved their pool as did we! We would go back!
Great Quality for a fair pricePosted Aug 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel de Mougins is a little gem. It's a quality 4 star hotel. It's a bit traditional in its appearance, but very comfortable. It's sober and tasteful. The breakfast buffet is not bad and deserves a 7 out of 10. The grounds are well kept, the pool area is a bit small and the fence around it take away some of the charm... but hey, it's the law! (maybe they should use a laser/alarm system instead). However, it's one of the best value in the South of France, away from the crowds. Great for family or couples alike.

just ok.Posted Jun 24, 2012
Understandably expensive given the location and season, but expected the property to be better up kept. Musty smells in lobby and hotel foyers, tiles falling off in pool. Good food, but very expensive.

Great Retreat on French RiveriaPosted Apr 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel de Mougins sits on a nice, manicured property not far from the ancient hill town. It's only 10 km from the heart of Cannes. If you're looking to have a retreat from the tourist hotels and crowds of Cannes, this is a great alternative. You'll want to rent a car, but having one gives you access to Nice and the fabulous hill country along the coast. Also, the hotel restaurant is absolutely first-class!

Pros: Beds; dinner
Cons: Shower temperature lukewarm
Location: Perfect for exploring the coast and hills
Comfortable beds; pleasant welcome; excellent food in the dining room as a treat one dinner. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Lovely spotPosted Sep 2, 2011 on Hotels.com
We found this hotel online from the Nice Airport after our flight was cancelled. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is close to Mougins but in a residential area. The pool area and outdoor dining area are lovely. While we didn't spend much time outside, it certainly is the sort of hotel where one could spend the whole day relaxing by the pool and enjoying the ambiance.
