Posted Jan 16, 2015

Grazioso Albergo in pieno centro, su Rue Antibes!

Posted Jan 13, 2015

Centrally located hotel

Posted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: The position and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We didn't like the paper cups in our room for tea.
Location: Very central. We were there in winter but they have a private beach.
Very well positioned hotel within a short walk from La Croissette, station and shops. Our room actually overlooked Rue d'Antibes the main shopping street. Very chic reception area and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Hotel is above a shopping mall which was being renovated whilst we were there so we did experience quite a bit of noise in the early morning from drilling! We weren't disturbed by noise from other rooms but the hotel seemed almost empty during our stay. We were on fourth floor and weren't troubled by street noise. I believe the restaurant was closed and we didn't have breakfast in our room as it looked very expensive. Loads of options all around for coffee and croissant.

Not so sure about the lady at the front desk...

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: Love the location
Cons: The blond lady at the front desk needs better training. They need to change the batteries in all the phones in the rooms (because none of them work)
Overall the stay was ok but that's not good enough for a hotel at that level. The problem was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were huge. I know that this is a personal thing, but when I asked the front desk lady if there were any other pillows (after waking up the next day not being able to move my head) she told me that the whole hotel had the same pillows and that there was nothing they could do. That meant that I couldn't sleep well at night and I spent three days with horrible neck pains. When I checked out, I commented to another lady at the front desk about what a pity it was about the bed and pillows and she told me that I should have just asked and they had other sizes in the closets. I was so upset that I spent three days not sleeping well just because the other lady at the front desk did not inform me about the other pillows. She also made me feel like I was quite an annoyance to her and I didn't want to bother her, which is not what people in customer service should make you feel. The same woman was reluctant to inform me about the gym facilities that guests at the Albion are entitled to use at the Majestic Hotel and instead was upset when I told her that paying 30 euros per hour to use the Albion gym was extortionate. When I commented that I will just go jogging instead, she then chimed in about being able to use the other gym at the Majestic Hotel (which is awesome and around the corner) for free.

Elegant Hotel well located in Cannes.

Posted Oct 22, 2014
We were upgraded to superior room. A very elegant hotel located near beach and old Cannes. The lobby is very inviting. Good security with elevators operated by hotel room key card. The room was excellent with great bathroom facilities. We had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. The parking is public but located under the hotel with elevator access to the hotel; it cost 28 Euros per 24 hours. The hotel is near beach and has its own beach facilities with restaurant, parasols, etc. Many restaurants nearby. There is a small kiddy amusement park on beach near hotel if you have small children.

Posted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels.com

Lækkert hotel i hjertet af Cannes

Posted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Rent, velduftende. Find parkering andet sted. Vi betalte 420 kr. for 2 dg.
