The staff were really lovely, always pleasant, very helpful and happy to accommodate requests. Central location great for eating out, shopping, and a short walk to bus and train station. We used the pool both days and it was always clean, although small, it’s deep at one end making it a great pool to cool off in and sun beds around to get drinks from the bar. Would definitely recommend and come back to if we’re in Cannes again, thank you we had a great stay.

Stunning, You must stay
Simply perfection!!! The hotel is stunning building. Fantastic location, 5 min walk to train station, 2 min to the beach front. The hotel from the exterior is an old building however inside it's modern, clean stunning. The room is great size, everything you will need is there. The pool isn't huge but just right to cool off. The staff throughout great. I will 100% be coming back here.

Ok but nothing magical.
It was ok, room was nice, but as a gold exclusive member my ‘vip’ booking said I was eligible for a free early check in and late check out as my flights in and out were very early and late, but the reception staff where adamant I could not check in a minute earlier than 3pm and wanted to charge me €100 for a 1 hour late check out. Not much atmosphere in the hotel.

Upon checking in for our 2 day stay, there was glitter on the floor of our room, lots of it. It was clear they did not vacuum the room from the prior guest. Secondly, I went to shower and there was water in the tub, again from the previous guest - quite gross! And lastly, housekeeping did not refresh our towels even though it was clear as day I used them and put them on the floor to be replaced. Good location and walkable to everything but lousy service. Waste of $500/night, stay else where!

Second time staying here and warmly welcomed and as always very convenient. Breakfast a bit pricey and a couple of English TV Channels would have been nice (BBC1 and 2 not working).

The property is beautiful in a great location. The breakfast, heated pool, gardens, room, and gym were lovely — including a shower facility on the final day. We were able to check-in upon arrival around 1:00 pm. Our only complaint is the short hours for the pool — especially not opening until 10:00 am. We had a balcony room over the pool and never heard any noise from the children playing. The room was quiet regardless of the activity below. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very well appointed hotel right in the heart of the action. The hotel is very pleasant with a great outdoor pool area where you can hang out and get drinks. Hotel is on Rue Antibe which is *the* place for shopping. 3 Blocks from the beach and you can walk to the medieval town and castle area in 15 minutes. Only small negative was that when the front desk booked my taxi for going to Nice airport, I was told that the taxi fare would be 40-50 Euro but it was close to 90 Euro because they booked a 7 person van for a single person.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional! Everything was perfect and they really did go above and beyond to make our stay magical. The hotel itself is immaculately presented and the size of the room was very large. The housekeeping staff are fantastic and should be praised for their attention to detail. The one thing I didn't like was when I had to check out and go home. If I could of stayed forever I would of done!

Great Location.
Looks nice enough, good wifi and well appointed. Great location. However, hardly any staff, one security guard and one receptionist to do everything pretty much all week. Bar closed for 5 or the 6 nights of the stay. Breakfast is pretty basic and staff whilst friendly not great at service. Rooms small. That said I would stay again.

Architectural design has flaws, toilet is tiny and washbasin are maybe 10m away. The room door hits the toilet door. No ceiling lighting, not sufficient lighting. Old squeeky wooden floor, covered with carpet. Internet was not working. Need to stop using bar soaps, makes the wrong choice of black sink almost white. Staff could have been friendlier, but were ok. It is in a nice area, but I'd expect more from a 4 star hotel.

Good location, OK standard with average service
Rooms are fairly updated. The pool has short hours, opens 10 and closes at 18:30. Centrally located. Breakfast is (overpriced) at 25€ and the service is below average. Avoid hotel parking. Only 3 places with stairs to get to the reception. 29€ per day. Perfect for a city stay in Cannes.

The hotel was great for what we needed it for, and the location couldn't have been better. Right in the centre of everything. The pictures of the hotel if I'm honest aren't accurate, the pool and outside section is a lot smaller and there are only a couple of sunbeds to sit on which are on grass and not right next to the pool like the pictures show. The room was extremely clean but very dark and small with not a great view.

Very good experience. Well located. Near the beach, shops and bars. Only negative point was the service. Checking in and out was fine, but we requested a iron to our room that never came.

This is one of the best place to stay in Cannes as this CENTRAL to the SHOPPING PLACE as Rue D'Antibes which is just crossing the street with all big names of fashion... I really recomand it as the place to stay

Location is great close to everything. Very nice boutique hotel. Most of the staff are lovely. There was no one to help with luggage when I arrived. The lighting in the room and the bathroom could be better. The rooms could be updated slightly. The addition of a few drawers as well would be great. And they need to add small hand towels in the bathroom.
