“Excellent quality/price”

I have stayed in many budget hotels, and this one is definitely among the best budget hotels one could find (especially in Cannes), one that is also in a convenient location (next to the train station). I have not tried their breakfast--too expensive for a continental breakfast--but otherwise have been very pleased with the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

“great budget hotel”

The hotel was just recently renovated. The room was small, but was normal in size considering it was France. Was located 4min walking distance from the beach (and the Cannes Theater). It is literally across the street from the train station. The surrounding neighborhood was appropriate. The staff spoke english, and very friendly. Close to many shops, and the best food I have had in my travels through Europe. Turning in the room key is a bit awkward, but you must or you will get scolded by one of the older/only-french speaking gentleman. Breakfast is NOT included- and not impressive for 8 Euro. Would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking for a clean, hospitable, cheap, well located gem of a hotel- this is my pick.

“Affordable, friendly, centrally located”

Its a clean hotel, close to the train station and a few blocks from the west end of the Cannes beach strip. I would definitely go back.

“Great location and a good price”

Hotel is an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the train station and main shopping area. The room was clean and well maintained and service was good. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away.

5 Minutes to the Mediterrean...quiet, air conditioned, very clean, helpful friendly staff who all spoke English, close to shopping, beaches, transportation, comfortable double bed, great shower, excellent value for the money...have recommended it to many friends and associates...

The Breakfast room was awesome and it was perfectly located in Cannes. Close to the beach and front strip of restaurants!

“Great for a low budget.”

Crisp, clean sheets. Immaculate plentiful towels. Smallish room but well appointed. Friendly helpful staff. They let me keep my bag there for 6 hours after I checked out, while I was wandering the town before getting on my train.

“Everything you'd want from a cheap hotel”

It was real cheap. It was right across from the train station in a pretty good location for wandering Cannes or going to the beach. What else can three people backpacking on a budget want?

Located right across the street of the train station. It is not very loud. Walking distance to other places.
