Perfect location 2 mins to the train station and right in the heart of Cannes but still nice and quiet and friendly staff. Great for a long weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing - bright and very spacious with high ceilings. Everything was immaculate! 2 mins walk to train/bus station, 5 mins to the beach and shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. We will definitely come back!

Nice staff, good breakfast, good location, but tiny, uncomfortable double room even for one person. Bedding fine, but no room between bed and walls. Small but functional bathroom.

Staff were so friendly! The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The station is a 3 minute walk away. So many cafes and shops around! This is an ideal place to stay to explore Cannes! We will definitely be back! Cannes-not wait!

Great location, cosy, comfy hotel. Staff were excellent. Had a cute balcony which was nice for a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Only downside was you could smell the smoke from outside - slightly expected in France tho!

The rooms are gorgeous! I was only on the property for one evening but I would love to return just for its proximity to the main Cannes strip. Loved the electric blinds and the decoration.

The receptionist was wonderful. He explained the whole city on a map and was very welcoming. The hotel is in a great location and has everything you need.

You pay for what you get! The staff were very friendly, check in was very small though a very tight corridor. The location of the hotel is amazing, 1 minute walk from Cannes train station and so many shops/restaurants around it and the beach just down the road. The room wasn’t amazing and the large windows are pretty bad considering health and safety laws. I would defiantly recommend to spend the extra money and upgrade so your room is slightly bigger. However I would stay again, a good budget hotel - i’ve stayed in far worse.

Great stay
The staff were very accommodating. I stayed in a room along the pedestrian street and had a balcony. It was great. The staff was happy to put me in a room where I didnt need to go up any stairs after getting off of the elevator. Perfect location! Room cleaned nicely every day.

Hotel room is small but of great design. Everything handy within reach. Toilet new and clean with towel dryer. Great location near train station and near Galeries Lafayette. Brasserie and boulongerie, Monoprix Franprix within 5 minutes walk! Concierge helpful too!

Small, clean room in great location
Clean room that seemed to be recently updated. A bit small but this is what one should expect in this part of Europe at this price point. Friendly staff, however check-in took a while due to a problem programming me key. Excellent location within walking distance of all I wanted to see.

Average stay for 2 nights. The hotel is located in a great area with access to tourist attractions within easy reach. I stayed for 2 nights therefore i was really in the hotel for brief periods of time. The double room is small with a small shower cubicle. No extra pillows or duvets provided in the room. As highlighted it was an average stay for 2 nights. It wasnt terrible but it wasnt great either. You could probably get a better hotel in the same area.

the air conditioner did not work until the front office guy (who was very helpful every two hours) reset the breaker; it would work for an hour but not sufficiently enough to cool the room. Multiple rooms had the same situation so it was/is an owner of the hotel refusal to fix the problem.

The location is amazing, I was right on the street but the windows when shut cut out all of the noise. Walking to restaurants and shops...right there. Super location!! My room was very large as well. Bedding, bathroom all good and clean...the floors in the room...very bad looking and stained carpet. Bad enough that you dont want to walk on it! :( I wore socks/shoes Breakfast was very nice for 13 euros, staff very nice...Replace the flooring!

Lift only for 3 people-no just about get two in if you are on the large side. The Bathroom it's the size of a broom cupboard. good carpet on the first two flight's then the rest is old worn out. Bed comfy ,clean, again carpet old with stains. I was on the second floor so i used the lift but had to get out and climb 13 steps every time to my room. I could not be bothered to pack up and change rooms. on leaving only y self and large suit case in the flit my daughter used the stairs because nothing else could get in The hotel need to be modernised.i'm 63 years old .

Great central location.

I Cannes, I can't?
Perfectly adequate for a base, didn't have much interaction with the staff, but no issues when I did. Incredibly close to the train station, but reasonably quiet. Wifi was strong. Only issue was ice cold shower.
