Great location and close driving Cannes and surrounding areas. Great service and suites were nice as well. Walking distance to beach and nice restaurant on the property as well. Quite location and may extra features on the property. Nice kitchen setup in each room and close location to a grocery store. This area is best suited if you have a car to get around. I would give the property an A for American style size rooms and service.

“Hotel: MMV Resort Cannes Mandelieu”

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed! (Best hotel bed ever) the staff were very friendly and upgraded us when they found out we were on our honeymoon, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, We choose to hired a car and I think that is essential as the hotel is a little of the beaten track, before choosing this hotel I read some reviews, one in particular complained about the noise from the n nearby airport, we did not find the noise a problem at all, We plan to go back next summer.

“Relaxing place to stay”

We stayed for 10 nights for our Honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments are located around a large lake and the setting is beautiful. Apartments were well equipped and there are several restaurants in the grounds including a restaurant overlooking the pool that mainly serves pizzas and salads. The view wasn't of a garden but a main road only negative point!

“lovely hotel, but pack mosquito repellant”

the room was beautifully set up (a one bedroom suite) with a dvd player and nice kitchenette. it was all new or in good condition. a beautiful terrace with a table for 4 overlooking a landscaped lake with small bridges and other similar buildings - it is a proper beachside resort (although not on the beach). breakfast was a little basic for this category at this rate but overall a great place to stay. unusually there were mosquitos during my October stay - pack repellant and sting relief cream as the hotel shop doesn't stock any.

“Great hotel for a family vacation”

We are a well-travelled a family of 4 from Canada. You cannot beat the price/quality ratio of this hotel. Our suite provided the right space to both parents and kids. The kitchenette came in very handy as it provides flexibility to eat-in (by the pool they prepare one of the best pizza i have ever had for take-out). Our balcony overlooked the road/entrance of the hotel. Ask for a view on the lake. The resort/hotel's pool is great (clean, large enough). We had a great meal at the hotel's restaurant. Highly recommend it. It is very well priced. Because of its location, you do need to have a car to be able to visit the beach, Cannes, go to supermarket, etc.. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

“Very convenient "aparthotel"”

Only thing we didn't like was the "open plan" shower room/toilet. They even supply a squeegee to mop up the watery mess.. The internet was erratic that week too. Nice breakfasts and a lovely spa (I'll take me wife's word for it..) All the cooking utensils you'll probably need in the neat modern kitchenette.

“Pleasantly surprised”

My husband and I had a two night reservation for work and extended it to three due to the location and facilities. The rooms have kitchenettes which we normally don't use, but being outside of a major town, it was incredibly convenient to have breakfast in our room (on the deck overlooking a golf course) each morning. Hidden in the closet is a washing machine for longer stays. The rooms are big and there are rental bikes available as well as a pool and tennis courts. During the Cannes Film Festival, there was a shuttle every hour. Would definitely go back again!

“Worth it the money”

Considering the fact that I was in France the hotel was great including the service. A part the fact that the made in charge of cleaning the room was rude and annoying the rest was great and will totally go back.

“A pleasant stay”

Well located and clean. Readily accessible if you have a car. Moderate breakfast, a little epensive. WiFi did not always connect through the room. Would not hesitate to stay again.

“Very Spacious”

The Resort is very large and parking was convenient under the building. The location is great if you have a car. The rooms are very spacious. However, our room needed more maintenance. The kitchen had the basics except no cleaning supplies.
