Gastronomic HotelPosted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: Quiet location, helpful staff.
Cons: Tiles missing in shower. Common areas beautiful but rooms need more attention to wear and tear.
Location: Great for Grasse, Mougins and not far from Cannes and Antibes.
More a restaurant with rooms than a hotel, but beautifully decorated. Easy access to Grasse and Mougins, but is on a road out of town, so not suitable for those without a car. Restaurant is one of the most acclaimed in the area and a favourite for those attending festivals at Cannes.

Culinary excellence in a beautiful woodsy retreat.Posted May 23, 2013
Pros: The food and the service.
Cons: We came for the Cannes Film Festival and it was a bit far, also the concierge service for places outside of Mougins was poor.
Location: Mougins is a tiny village in the hills above Le Cannet.
It is.a romantic somewhat remote hotel known for its culinary excellence. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want 'action and the hustle/bustle' of a larger town, this hotel is not for you, but to rest, relax and enjoy beautiful nature all around, then you're at the right place.

Retreat from CannesPosted Aug 10, 2012 on Hotels.com
I am so glad we stayed outside of Cannes, this hotel is only a few minutes away and is a very luxurious way to spend your weekend. A couple of chores are still left incomplete but 99% perfect and the powerful room air-conditioning was a blessing after the 38C experience on the road around Marseilles. Try the informal tapas if you don't feel like dressing for dinner in the restaurant.

Great hotel!!! Personnel is really fantastic!!!Posted Jul 18, 2012
It has been a really great experience!!! The hotel is more than wonderful and personnel is incredibly kind and friendly!!! Rooms and lobby are really superb and everything is very accurate. The hotel is very romantic as well as its superb restaurant: one of the best in France. The choice of one of the suites is highly recommended as they are really particular and beautiful. Very suggested is also the breakfast!!!

An arty hotel with an excellent restaurantPosted Jun 8, 2011 on Hotels.com
Moulin des mougins is more of a hotel with rooms. The attraction is the food which is excellent. Our room was quirky and arty with designer furniture and a white 'cocoon' bedroom. It had a small terrace by the water wheel. It was a nice place to stop over.
