Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk, in the bar, and restaurant. Great location on the High Street if you are foot or taxi like we were. Junior suite was spacious, bed was huge and comfortable, bathroom very modern and sleek. We loved it. Exterior looks as good in real life as the photos.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly greated and shown to our room, it was very quiet so we wasn't sure how busy it was that evening. The room was very clean indeed and the view was beautiful from our room also. We had an en suite and the shower was nice and big and the towels very fluffy and large too which is always nice. We had a really nice evenings sleep with no noise disruption at all, the dogs did a bit of barking in the morning but it wasn't annoying for us, they were cute to watch playing from the window. In the morning we frustratingly missed the cooked breakfast it was a shame as we misunderstood what we were told the day before when checking in, it seemed a hectic day for the staff and we just didn't clearly get the times down. My partner did go down to check we were still ok for breakfast once we saw the notice next to the door in the morning and we were told it'd be fine but then there was further confusion once we made it down and he thinks they thought we were concerned about check out. However we helped ourself to continental and they made us toast, I was just disappointed because the breakfast was included in the price and I didn't feel I was getting my monies worth, but lesson learnt always double check times when staying in a B&B. Parking on the front is great and the distance in to the town is great we actually walked there and back for our evening out. Overall Good hotel.

A clean and convenient hotel for exploring in Kent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a room at the back of the hotel which we were given and this minimised the traffic noise from the A2. For our five year old a sofa bed had been prepared with a comfortable mattress topper which meant that he slept well which was an added bonus!
