“Not satisfied. Why a nonsmoking room was assigned.”
The room I reserved is nonsmoking, but the hotel gave ma a smoking room and claimed it's the last available one. The whole room smells smoky like a hell. All our stuff had the smoky smell. Everything was like soaked in smokes.
“needs some help”
There were no bath towels, just cheesy small towels. The electrical system was a mess, we used the hair dryer and half the electricity went out, unplugged it and it came back on. I asked the maid to not clean my room, she apparently did not speak english. I would not recommend this hotel
“not impressed”
Ice machine broken, Breakfast area was dirty need to clean rugs, will not go there again.
