“Pleasant and pleasing surprise in Canton, MI”

Very clean, well-kept property. Double-queen room was very roomy. Bathroom roomy and clean. Indoor pool and fitness room excellent (could use a few more deck chairs/tables). Very convenient location (right off I-275) and close to restaurants. Included breakfast was the best we've ever experienced; juices, omelets, sausage, cereals, pancakes, rolls, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, etc. Would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone; we were very pleased.

“"Warmest Pool"”

I thought the hotel was quite nice for a hotel that is not a 5 star. Overall, it was clean. The pool was the warmest I have ever been in, there was a jet from the jacuzzi warming the pool! The pool wasn't open 24 hr but they were pretty lenient on the hours. I don't usually expect much more than some cereal and bagels for a continental breakfast so I thought theirs was good...it had many choices and my husband especially liked the automated pancake maker. There isn't a whole lot to do in the immediate area but worked well for us since we had family coming from the airport and we were going to Eastern Michigan University the next day...easy to get to both from there. Also, they had a computer and printer we used to print out airline tickets ahead of time.

“Comfortable Stay”

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice, clean, inviting pool/jacuzzi and exercise area. From 6pm - 9pm they had 2 big crock pots with delicious home-made chili; loved it! There are very few places to eat out at E or W of the hotel but if you travel a bit N on the 275 or parrellel roads you will find plenty of dining. The room was very comfortable. I didn't like the key to get into the room at all. Most keys you slide in and out of the lock this key you had to slide up and down the lock and it was VERY tempermental. I couldn't get into my room several times and had to call and or physically go back to the front desk for assistance. Once I learned how to use the key very delicately I could get into my room.

the pool it was dirty. and we are family of five and I find just 3 towels in the bathroom.
