Bad hotel

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Have to tell you this was a real bad hotel. The hot water did not work from the tap and the cold was just a dribble. The bathtub drain was clogged which made it impossible to have a shower in comfort. I was told that I would get a price break when I checked out and they then told me I would get a 25% break on my next stay....no intentions to ever stay there again so really did nothing for me.

Easy access from two freeways, I-15 and I-215.

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: The shower stall. Should have a bathtub installed. Water seemed to spill out to the bathroom floor. I did see two new tubs by the lobby.
Location: New shopping centers and other developments along the street between the two freeways.
Small hotel, needed a bed to sleep in. The room is a good size, large closet, but the parking lot is too small. Had to park at the shopping center next door. Nice view of the golf course.

WEEKEND OF 11/15/14

Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Room was comfortable and large enough for 3-4 people. There were three of us.
Cons: Add a toaster - toast; bagels, waffles, toaster muffins. Hot chocolate, tea. Oranges. fresh donuts. 2 queen bdrm - move bed to inc space btwn wall
Location: Close to the venue we were at - Rockefella's Music Festival.
A little awkward with the set-up... see below. Liked having microwave & friig in the room. Minimal continental breakfast/ Had to squeeze btwn wall & bed to get to closet. Liked having a balcony. Beds were comfortable. Reasonable pricing as well as check-in & out times.

Not a great location....noisewise

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Our one contact with the staff...checking in...was pleasant and easy
The hotel is located near a Mexican Restaurant and near a strip type mall shopping center. Also, it's on a busy street. It was very noisy all night....cars screeching, people yelling and loud hotel guests. We stayed only 2 nights, but the room was never made up. All the towels were taken, but the bed was not made. We had been out all day and returned to find this situation. Luckily, my husband was able to find some on a cart down the hall. It was very close to where we were attending a wedding, but I'd be willing to drive further to get a better hotel.

One night in Elsnore

Posted Nov 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
We got there early (before noon) but couldn't check in. That was okay, we had to meet friends somewhere else. Came back after dinner. checked in and got ready for bed. Nice TV watched SiFi movie until ready to fall a sleep. It's in a quite area (only heard a "boom box" car go by in the parking lot for a few seconds. What was reassuring was a security guard in the parking lot all night! Did they their coffee or breakfast (had our own).

Hmmm, What to say?

Posted Nov 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Bed comfortable. Horrible bright green paint, poor view, Cheerios on desk chair, paint pealing from exterior and large repaired water damage in corner of ceiling. We requested to change to a room that we knew was vacant at the time but were refused. I am guessing because we booked through Hotels.com

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Restaurants
Horrible stay. The room wasn't even clean when they first checked me in, so I guess it didn't help that I saw sheets on the floor and beer cans throughout before it was cleaned. White towels had grey stains throughout, two ironing boards, no iron, no microwave (even though it was suppose to have one), room smelled like body odor as I first stepped in and the smell never went away. Hollow walls, can hear the neighbors sneeze and everyone movement in the hallway. Back door hardly locks, curtains had holes in them so the sunlight came right in. With apartments less than 12 feet away from back door you can hear the kids playing and dogs barking ALL NIGHT!
