Residence Inn by Marriott Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach

THE ONLY THING WE DIDN;T LIKE WAS THAT THE BAR AND RESTAURANT WEREN'T OPEN UNTIL 4 PM. OTHERWISE IT WAS A GREAT VALUE.

Wonderful ! Very nice , helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and great pool for the kids! We would definitely stay again .

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Spacious room with a separate sleeping area and kitchenette and work area for computer and recharging station for all electronic devices. Happy hour was great with complementary beer and wine and pasta bar. Breakfast was great and hearty. Staff was very gratuitous and attentive to everyone's needs. High marks. Good stay. Close to Kennedy Space Center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. We were travelling with our 5month old and we were well accommodated. The room was clean and spacious (junior suite), plenty of room for the travel cot, our bags and an area we laid out a play mat for our baby to have some play time. Bed was comfortable and block out curtains were greatly appreciated. Full kitchen facilities and well appointed bathroom area. Breakfast was really good with excellent food choices and healthy options, very impressed. Highly recommended.

Best hotel mattress ever! Never slept better in my life!

Fantastic, clean, peaceful ...

This property turned out to be a surprise gem. It clearly would suit a vacationing family on their way to a cruise (which we were) and represents great value with a free barbeque thrown in the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and efficient and the entire team showed a sense of hospitality and cohesiveness which was commendable. The rooms themselve were clean, roomy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay - we didn't need it for our 1 night stay, but the full kitchenette would have been handy for a longer stay.

Check in was not helpful. Beds too soft. We were put in a handi cap unit and we booked 8 months ago. We could have stayed in any other facility, but chose Marrott . We wish we had not booked here. We also requested an upper floor,we got a ground floor unit. We were told there was nothing available, but hotel was not that busy.

OK, it was my mistake, but before anyone else makes it, be warned: the suite with the king bed and the pull-out sofa is really a 2-person suite. The pull-out sofe is extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is thin and you feel every wire in it, it is really not fit for sleep. The bedroom with the king bed is nice and comfortable, the kitchenette is OK - we didn't use it - the room is clean, and the breakfast bar is really great. Just don't punish your kids with the pull-out sofa because the next day you will be punished by tired, whiny kids.
