Provincetown so much more than whalesPosted Sep 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
A genuinely warm welcome even though a little earlier than the offical book in time. Great location just back from main streeet and with benefit of free off street parking. Plenty of advice on where to eat and what to see (including the hidden secret in the library) so wished we had planed a longer stay to check out many more of the recommendations. A great breakfast with fresh home baked additions, leftovers from the breakfast on morning before we arrived were so good the receipe was requested and freely given. A large communal breakfast table comes as a bit of a shock to someone use to solo breakfasts in chain hotels but friendly chat is a great way to start the day

One of the nicest places we've ever enjoyed. The owners, Audri and Robin, were extremely welcoming and couldn't have been nicer. They were very helpful and anxious to answer every need. The breakfasts at this B&B we top-notch. The location was near the action without being right in the middle of it. We'd do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly to anyone who wants a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend staying here. This place was simply amazing. The folks were very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Had a fresh feel to it. It was wonderful waking up to soft lighting coming from through the shades. And the bathroom....well you have to see it to believe it. It also had parking which as anyone who has stayed in PTown knows is quite the bonus.

Wonderful, warm & welcoming!Posted Jun 3, 2014
From the moment we arrived at Admiral's Landing, I knew it was the perfect choice for our vacation. We were warmly greeted by Audri & Robyn. The house was warm & welcoming. Our room was very cute, nicely decorated, refreshing & clean. Both ladies were knowledgeable & shared information about attractions, restaurants & events happening during our stay. Breakfast was delicious (Robyn's muffins/breads & Audri's Egg dishes)! Cozy, relaxed and friendly!!

Walking distance from all the sightsPosted May 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
We arrived in late evening and there was a personal note and instructions waiting for us. The proprietors were very personable and their suggestions for restaurants and places to see were excellent (ask about the public library). They made the place feel like home. The accomodations were exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable (great bed) and included fireplaces. The main room was a great spot for reading. The B & B is located walking distance from everything in town. We brought our bikes and rode directly from the inn to the beautiful dune trails. We will definitely return!

Don't miss the chance to stay here.Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: This was a memorable place to stay, I loved the art work and it is an immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable guest house
Location: Get the best road bike.
I was vaguely aware that Provincetown was an arty gay friendly place. As it happened I had booked my two days during women’s week so it was interesting as a straight male to be in a minority. As it happens the guests and especially our hosts made me so welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Admirals landing.
