I reserved this hotel for my brother. He said that it was "fine"... It looked neat and well-kept from the outside... the price was right...

“Good 'no frills' motel”

Simple, basic stuff. Clean and well maintained. Nothing to be excited about, but all the amenities are well provided and kept. Helpful staff.

“Quick weekend getaway on a budget”

The staff was super nice and accomodating. It's not a luxurious place, but exactly what you need, very clean, and so close to downtown hyannis. We loved it.

“Great low budget hotel”

Great hotel for the price. The room was clean, bed comfy and service was excellent. Breakfast, although nothing fancy, was fair with hot coffee, cereal, and muffins. Our request for extra pillows was attended to immediately. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool.

“Cheap for a night, not bad, not the best, but for cost conscious travelers, it works”

not bad, I asked for a smoking room and didn't get it, so I smoked in their non smoking room, figured it was their problem, also asked for a king size bed, got two full size, again, their problem, but hey, it was cheap, I only needed to stay one night, so it served its purpose, for a cheap place to stay, not bad.

“overnight stay”

the pool area is in a separate building and is only accessible from outside .It is not the place to go off season due to that reason.I felt it was ok for an overnight but I think a week stay I would not have liked it much

“Not that impressed”

The motel wasnt bad it was 3 minutes from the beach and had a in the lobby. As for the room itself the beds werent at all comfortable woke up the next morning with sore back. Paint was chipping near the bathroom and the ceiling was ripped in certain spots doors had holes in them. Requested to be moved to a different room due to a party right above us and we were told no that the other rooms were being saved for walk ins. Was not that happy about that. other then that it was okay it was a decent place to stay for a couple of days.

“Sufficient Facilities”

The hotel was priced accordingly and the facilities were sufficiently cleaned (Not Spotless; People were friendly and courteous; I enjoyed my stay.

“Good for a one nighter”

The Hotel was not the worst I stayed in, but it was old, however clean. Needed maintenance in some areas. We were lucky to get the rooms on such short notice so I am not complaining. We only needed the room for one night so as to attend my brother's funeral the next day. Hard to judge the hotel on that basis. It was really fair!

“Nice place to stay”

This hotel is older but very clean. The rooms was extremely small.
