“Lovely setting”

Nice hotel with superb setting right on the beach. Disappointed with the restaurant for evening meal, very basic and limited choice. Used it one night out of necessity but lots of lovely one a few minutes drive away.Great position to explore the cape as it's slap bang in the middle.

“Very impressed”

My wife and I went to the hotel for our anniversary. The room was supreme and right on the beach. I suppose I wouldn't have been as happy if I wasn't on the beach. The service was great and the grounds were immaculate. I will go back again. South Yarmouth was the perfect location for traveling around the cape.

“Excellent resort to stay at!”

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and thought it was perfect for us. It was so quiet during the week and our room was more than expected. We were right by the outdoor pool and the restaurant and at night there was a band that we listened to while sitting on the beach. The only drawback is that to get from the hotel to the "main tourist spot" (Hyannis) you have to drive down a really long one lane road, so it takes a while to get anywhere.

“Look forward to next year's visit”

We had stayed here before and were not disappointed this time. The hotel has many amenities. Room had coffee maker and plenty of towels, which is a sign of a good hotel. Very very clean. Friendly staff and restaurants on site were good. Right on the ocean which is just lovely. Bathroom was extremely clean with tile floors. Tub/toilet was separate from sink that was outside the door. Helpful when several people trying to get ready at once. We will come back again and again!

“Friendly and comfortable”

The location is good as we can take a walk on their beach. It was really relaxing. The employees were very friendly and kind. We could had a good stay.

We love this hotel. It's right on the beach. It's more like having your own home with the kitchen and nearby grocery stores. Everything on Cape Cod is a bit rustic, including our room, but that was the joy of the experience. Saturday night is hopping with an outdoor band and kids galore. S. Yarmouth is a great location being "mid-Cape." It's easy to get to other towns.

“Blue Water Experience”

I thought that all was perfect and it was close to everything but off the beaten path.

It was excellent, quiet, relaxing, just what I was looking for, I'll definetly book this hotel again. Awesome weekend with the family!!!

“The Best!!! Can't wait to go back!!”

The blue water is the best!! Everything you need to have fun and relax for both adults and children is right there on site, and if not what you want.. just a short travel to many other activities... I went with my 13 year old neice and 10 year old son and myself.. I was able to relax while the kids had the arcade, pool and whole beach front to play in and on!!! I can't say enough good about this hotel!! Heidi at the front desk was great at making sure we had everything we needed and then some!! love love love this place! Just wished I could afford it more often!!! Summer time is too high for me being a single mother, so we have to stay else where as we go to the Cape often through out the summer, but we still stay in Yarmouth and travel to the Blue water surrounding beaches!!! I wished I could earn points each stay so we could stay more often!! :) Thanks Blue Water for helping us make wonderful memories! Can't wait to come back!!! Same with the kids!!! Again thanks to Heidi for being so wonderful!!! The rest of the staff was great too, but Heidi went above and beyond before we even got there!! :) Thanks so much!! Hayley
