No frills, clean accommodations.. Ping pong tables, corn hole, and picnic tables on property were a great amenity. Staff was truly lovely. our night at the hotel also included free passes to mini golf (so much fun). However, water park was freezing and kids really weren’t able to enjoy that part of the park due to the temperature of water. Unfortunately, indoor pool was also a bit murky during our stay. Would recommend the hotel, for short stay if kids are really interested in the inflatable and waterpark.

Absolutely wonderful time with my children one of whom is in a wheelchair. First time we ever found a water park that was fully accessible. I never thought he would be able to enjoy water slides but at Cape Cod Family Resort he enjoyed everything!

Overall great resort to bring your kids. We felt like the carpet in the room wasn’t super clean. Otherwise no complaints, staff was great as well

Unsafe feeling staying here, clearly someone tried to break into our room and the door was never replaced/ you could see the light coming into the room - didn’t bother me once asleep, just uneasy feeling… it’s a $500 a night room rental fee with two full beds, it’d be nice if the room came with a microwave or how about two complimentary adult beverages or something for the adults shelling out buckets of cash at this tiny slice of heaven in the cape- feels like now w/a parking charge, it’s taking advantage a bit of the people that have supported this place since it first opened (like our family)… a LITTLE goes a long way-

We also have 24 hour assistance in our office for concerns such as these. If we were made aware of this situation while you were here we would have addressed it immediately. The cost of the room reflects the cost of the for combo passes that are included into the room rate. One night includes park passes for two days (480 value).Parking is free for hotel guests.In addition, we want to thank you for your suggestions as we will see if these are something that could be added in the future to better our guest experience. You are paying 3 or 4 start prices for 1 or 2 star facility at best. Price gauging. I guess that’ goes the rest of Cape Cod. The water park was nice, however, you can see that the bottom of the pools is dirty and needs super cleaning especially underneath the water playground.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate input from our guests.The cost of our rooms include park passes to both the Wicked Waves Water Park and also the inflatable park. This is a 240 value for one night booked through a third party included with your stay which reduces your room cost significantly. All pools are vacuumed on a daily basis and the water is tested ever two hours to ensure public safety.

The rooms were very small, cleaned to most people's standards, but definitely not sparkling clean. It was basically just 2 beds and a bathroom, very crowded and extremely loud at night. Kids running around, banging above us and next to us, it was hard to sleep there with 2 smaller children (ages 6 and 3). It was however, convenient to go to the water park and inflatable park each day of our stay. Unfortunately we did not know if we booked through expedia we would not receive a day pass for the day of our checkout to the water park and inflatable park, whereas if you booked through their site you would. So that was a big disapppointment. The hotel staff was friendly upon check-in. The bartender at the bar at the water park was very pleasant as well. The parking attendant (bald head, older gentleman) was yelling at people where to park, very brash, mean, and not friendly whatsoever. He gave us a bad first impression off the rip with his extremely rude, uncalled for attitude. The water park and inflatable park were very clean, well taken care of and all in working order. There was lots to do for the kids and they had a great time. The flow rider was awesome and the swim up adult bar is a nice touch escpecially if you have older kids that can go off on their own and you can enjoy it! We will definitely go back to the water park and inflatable park, but probably will not stay at the hotel.

I found the water park and area very nice, safe enough for the kids to be on their own while catering to the adults as well. There were many options for drinks and activities, snacks as well. What I didn't like was the room, it was very clean and cleaned daily but we stayed in the section with the 3 beds and there wasn't a chair, table or anything in the room. A small dresser, mini fridge with a microwave on top and that was it. No mirror except in the bathroom so it was bare minimum. The beds are all full sized and that makes it uncomfortable for some adults.

Safe and convenient. The staff were all amazing very attentive and genuine concerned about our well-being! I would highly recommend. I wish the room had more features as far as closet space and a pull out couch however we made the best of it and had a wonderful time!

I like the fact that the park tickets come with your stay. The hotel is either right behind the park or a few blocks down. My family and I stayed in the rooms further away from the park. I like that the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was included with the stay as well. The kids enjoyed both parks. There are adult drinks for purchase located in the park. I definitely recommend the strawberry margaritas. Overall, I would definitely return for a longer stay. Sidenote there is a liquor store, dollar general and Dunkin’ Donuts nearby.

The water park and jumping fun zone is really fun. The arcade offer a lot of prizes. We got about $20 worth of toys for $20 token. The hotel rooms are ok. Also offer smaller indoor swimming pool. Family hotel room offer 3 beds and sleeps 6 ppl. If you have a lot of kids definitely worth your money.
