Overall it was nice. Wished there was more age appropriate activities for toddlers....even if it's as simple as upgrading the playground area. There are only two swings total.

Enjoyed our Labor Day Weekend stay!

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Cons: Building is a bit dated but we still enjoyed our stay!
For a weekend get away, our hotel stay was fine. Very much enjoyed the heated outdoor pool area. Indoor wave pool was great for kids. Hotel is close to Beaches, Hyannis restaurants and shopping

Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub

Posted Sep 2, 2014
It was a little different from what I expected but the room was huge and the bed was comfortable. We did happen to see a spider hanging from the ceiling which bothered me but it seemed pretty clean otherwise. Loved the hot tub and outdoor pool but they could clean it better. Also if you don't have kids, it's probably not the best idea to book this hotel because you will see a bunch of them running around so you have to be careful to not show PDA. I didn't like how even though during adult swim only hours which are only 2 hours throughout the day, people still refused to listen and brought their kids anyway.

Nice resort , good location in Hyannis

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, two great restaurants and a further one on the decking, two pools and hot tubs. Good location to explore from.
Cons: The bedroom we had was a little tired, the air con was quite noisy when on.
Location: Explore the beauty of Cape Cod
Easy to find resort, greeted at check in by the staff, resort facilities explained to us and given a map to help us quickly learn our way about. We had two rooms on the first floor, so with 4 heavy suitcases it was a surprise to find there was no lift, (if you can't lift your case up 2 flights of stairs ask for the ground floor). In one of our rooms the bed was wet from soiling which the cleaner had missed, (only discovered after getting in the bed). Spoke to reception straight away, who dealt with this by immediately apologizing and find us a new room close by, they also gave us a voucher to cover breakfast the next day. Apart from this one issue the resort was lovely, 1 wave pool, 2 hot tubs (very hot) and a heated outdoor pool, there was live entertainment and movies each evening, activities for children in the day, we also had a live band play on the decking twice. Overall a very nice place to stay while exploring Cape Cod, I certainly would recommend and go back to myself.

Great Indoor water park pool you can use everyday

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Great Indoor water park pool you can use everyday unlike other hotels that you still have to pay to get in. This water park is inclusive with the room. So good family option.

Cape Codder

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Change the name to "Motel". Get the bad smell out of the hallways, put in some dehumidifiers, lower the price about $100 per night.
Location: 17th Century English Village and Wampnoag Home site about 20 min away. Ferry to Martha's Vinyard and Nantucket 15 min away, beach 15 min away.
Well, I was very disappointed for the price of this hotel. It is actualy a motel all dressed up to be a "Resort and Spa". It really isn't. The halls had a nasty smell and our rooms were VERY damp - uncomfortably so. The sheets felt wet. My kids even commented on it within the first few mintues of arriving. The AC was pathetic and the air blew directly onto one of the beds and I had to block it with a chair. One room had just been cleaned with a very harsh smelling carpet cleaner which made me think the previous guest had really done something bad in there. The food was expensive and bad. I hated this place. The pools were very smalls. Very limited TV channels. The staff, however, was very nice.

Loved it!

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Bonfire, restaurants, huge rooms and life music
Location: Cape Code Mall, good pizza places around the corner, golf, beach
Absolutely loved it! Close to everything, great food and the live music was awesome! The bonfire made out night even better to have some smores by the fire. Definitely a great place for couples looking to relax and those with kids.

Good hotel for little kids

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: nice swimming pool and garden.
Cons: Internet speed and the smell in the hotel room. The hotel bed room is very humid.
Location: mall stores, restaurants and close to airport, but some distance from beaches. very convenient.
It is very easy to go to multiple cities and beaches. The internet is too slow, almost can not use it. No face time or skype can work with such slow speed.
