“Will Return”

Enjoyable stay. Room amenities made it seem more like home. Cleanliness and service was up to par. Having an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi, with sauna was a great option in case the weather turned inclement. In-house restaurant serving breakfast made it convenient so that we could be at close proximity to an eatery and be able to commence our day. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

“They earned my future business”

This is a great place for what it is - a place to stay while enjoying a visit to the Cape. It is not a resort hotel, but it has an exceptionally clean and nice outdoor pool with a very quaint outdoor bar, in addition to an indoor pool. My wife and I discovered this after coming back from a nice day at the beach. The room was very nice and clean, and we were extremely impressed with the housekeeping staff. This is the perfect place to bring your family without spending a fortune on resort amenities. We will definitely be back.

“Great Cape Hotel!”

My family spent 5 days in early September. What a great surprise it was! I had never been to The Cape so I didn't know what to expect. It is very family friendly area and this hotel is in the middle of everything! Tons of restaurants, mini golf, outdoor trampolines, downtown Hyannis, short drive to the beach... you name it! The hotel itself was so inexpensive that I was concerned but it was wonderful!! The best part was in indoor pool. Everyone seems to gather there at night. There is a huge hot tub that is very relaxing! And the sports bar above the pool area even welcomed my 2 small children for a birthday party one night! The outdoor pool is very clean and pretty. Although its busy it was never jam packed! There is a concession stand with food and tropical drinks there and the prices are phenominal!! The staff is friendly and accomodating! The one and only thing I would have liked was a microwave in our room but it is not an option. They do provide a small refridgerator but no microwave. When traveling with children I think a microwave is essential! Also know that you need to drive EVERY WHERE you go! Maybe that's a given for people who are familiar with The Cape but I was surprised as most of my vacation destinations are places you park your car for the duration and then walk. Everything here is walking distance but I quickly got used to it! I would positively come back here! Looking forward to my next trip to the Cape!

“Excellent value”

Stayed at the Cape Point for 2 nights in early June. The price was a steal for the value. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and shower was hot and powerful. (My only complaint would be the sink being outside the bathroom which I will never understand - germs!!!) The location is excellent - you're on the main drag - a quick trip to Hyannis or Chatham. There's also a fantastic Irish restaurant diagonal to the hotel which is only open for breakfast and lunch that I highly recommend!

“Great Deal on the Cape - will go back”

Hotel was very clean. Staff was courteous and attentive. Room was very nice. We especially liked the cafe inside the hotel. Food and service was "exceptional". We would return for this reason alone. Hotel was reasonably priced and centraly located on Cape Cod.

“very pleasant hotel stay”

Very pleasant hotel to stay in. Very quiet at night although there were coaches. Nice restaurant to have breakfast in, and not too expensive. There is a safe and fridge in all rooms. Two extremely nice pools, 1 inside with Hot tub and sauna. Upstairs bar with Pizza on friday/saturday night. Two rooms need to have new Patio doors, as they are broken, and on the ground floor, which makes security non existent.Perhaps these will be fixed over the winter months. We would recommend this hotel.
