Reasonable, Clean Accommodations

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: The Hotel Manager, Helen was helpful and friendlly. Room was updated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was just what we needed. Also close to everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Perfect location; beaches nearby and restaurants; close to Wellfleet, too.
The Captains Quarters Motel and Conference Center was perfect for our last minute get away to the lower Cape Cod area. Our room was clean, update and quiet. Helen, the hotel manager was very helpful and cheerful. She provided us with many good suggestions on what to see, where to eat and some local color. The breakfast was great with all of the coffee, juice and food you could eat! It was continential but there was yogurt, fruit juices, bagels, toast, cereal and milk (skim, whole and 2 percent). We liked the bright, airy breakfast room. We will definitely come back next year in the summer for a weekend or two. We plan to bring our bikes and use the easy access to the Cape Cod Bike Trail from the motel.

Convenient Quiet and Pleasant

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location, staff and room cleanliness and quiet.
Cons: Update linens and towels.
Location: Great starting place for anywhere on the Cape
The hotel is convenient and exactly what I had expected going in as reasonably priced Cape Cod hotel. The room was large and beds were comfortable. TV's are flat screen and very good. Linens and towels could use update. Breakfast was adequate with good seating.

It was a nice hotel go stay at. Shower could have been a little bit more updated.

Quiet and comfortable

The rooms are somewhat outdated but the beds are exceptionately comfortable. It was really quiet since the rooms are set back from the main street. Another visit is on my bucket list

Great location, close to great beaches.

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: I like the convenient location. The clean rooms. The hotel is back off the road so its quieter.
Location: The location is great, beaches within a mile or two. Near plenty of places to eat. There a couple mini golf courses.
Importantly the hotel was clean. The manager was very helpful in suggesting places to get some good food and we weren't disappointed. The continental breakfast is a nice feature. Great location close to nice beaches and other activities. The hotel swimming pool is heated which made it nice to enjoy in the evening.

Adequate facility at reasonable price

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Availability at peak summer season, reasonable (for Cape) rates plus convenient location.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated - look like something out of the 70's.
Location: Close to National Seashore beaches & visitor center. Near several interesting mid-cape towns. Near restaurants and cape rail trail.
Convenient - close to many mid-cape places/beaches. Room decor was somewhat dated, but rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Swimming pool was nice. Light breakfast was OK. Staff was helpful. Traffic on RT-6 was sometimes a problem.

Clean motel near Nauset beach.

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Cons: Screens could be repaired and dripping faucets fixed. Entrance could use a deceleration lane and lighting.
Clean motel that was right near Cape Cod Rail (bike) trail providing easy access to Railroad Ave and Nauset Road and the beach so you don't have to make a dangerous left turn back onto rt 6. Ideal for people who want to bike, walk or jog. Air conditioning was functional.

Cons: The continental breakfast needs improvement
Location:
A clean motel that is close to a number of beaches that are part of the National Seashore and also close to good restaurants and other places to eat.
