Nice, less inexpensive hotel, close to restaurantsPosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: Clean room, easy proximity to restaurants, stores and downtown Hyannis. Breakfast bar changed up items.
Cons: The person involved during our check-in was a little unpleasant and the back outside door would not lock.
Location: Lots of eating and shopping located along the same street. Gas station right across. Ten minutes to port.
Hotel was easy to find and well located nears lots of eating place. Could get to port in Hyannis in under 10 minutes. Outside door to back of hotel was never locked and room was a little tight. Hot breakfast bar was nice and changed up the items from day to day.

we were happy to find a hotel that accepted our pet. we were glad to let a little tidiness go by the wayside for the sake of accommodation for pets. The only complaint I would have is that the pet owners did not clean up after their pets around the wooded area near the hotel. Signs should be posted in the hotel lobby and in each room requesting that pets owners do so. The breakfast was very nice and bountiful. over all we thought the hotel was very positive.

We got placed in the Comfort Inn on the day of our stay after the hotel we had originally booked oversold the day and Expedia.com (on behalf of Hotels.com) was forced to rebook me. It wasn't our choice. Rooms and breakfast bar are what you'd expect - nothing fancy. Pool/hot tub are great! Neighbors were noisy too late. (But to be expected for one of the least expensive properties in Hyannis). It was a busy Friday night on the Cape, so we were happy they found a place for the 10 of us (including 9 high school girls) just 7 miles away from our original hotel. The inconvenience of not having been walking distance from town was not the Comfort Inn's fault! If you've got easy car transportation, it's really quite convenient to town.

Serviceable, no fuss, easyPosted Aug 3, 2013
Only stayed here for one night on the way to Nantucket, so can't comment on the pool or other facilities. It was easy and convenient. Quick check in and check out. Room was perfectly fine. Layout provides multiple entrances for guests, so that you can park near your room, and don't have to enter through the lobby. Nice when you're tired or in a hurry and don't want to deal with other people. Allowing pets is a plus. No complaints. Staff were efficient.
